Gave call back number as 877-554-5759 x2 (Samantha) Caller ID 214-432-0823  Said she was with Merchant Services and wanted to tell us we were over charged. We do not have an account with Merchant Services.

They were persistent in calling me about an over billing on my credit card account and needed my most recent merchant statement to determine how much was over billed to make the correction. Said my account was flagged due to being over the 2% rate and they wanted to correct it. I asked several times what the company name was... its MERCHANT SERVICE CORPORATE and she was in the Billing Corrections Department. It didn't sit right with me because she said they service over 300 credit card processing companies and don't know which one I am with but needed me to fax my most recent statement to them so they could correct it. If they were legit, they would know all my info. The numbers she gave me (Carson was her name) 877-554-5759 extension "2". If they have over 300 companies, I don't think every single caller would be routed to EXT 2.  I called my processing company and they did not initiate this and it was the 2nd call she received today about this scam. BEWARE.  The fax number she gave me was 888-385-1433.  I looked it up and it is also marked as a scam.

I received the EXACT same call. Her information did not match any of our information. She quickly hung up when I said I would only verify information she provided me and that I would not provide her anything.

Received a call from this number but I didn't answer because it was unidentified.  They did not leave a voice message so no idea who it could be  I Googled the number and lead me to this site.  Read the previous reports on this site about the caller and learned it is a scam trying to get my credit card/banking info.  Their fax number is a scam also.  Don't answer their call!

Previous reports indicate that this is a B2B call trying to slam unsuspecting business owners over to a higher priced credit card processing service.

This is a SCAM Do not give them any information, they are very good, know all the right words, but they want your information, and will not give out any.
