Received a phone call from Susan Jones very concerned that we were over charged and wanted to get our statements so she could correct the mistake, as she claimed.  She sounded like she had a pack of gum in her mouth while speaking to me.  She had very poor phone skills!!  She told me to look on the side of my machine and when I said we do not have a machine, she said well you accept credit cards, correct.  I asked her shouldn't you know this considering where you claim you are calling from today?!  She went through the advice of me pulling up my statements and sending them to her and calling her back ASAP so "we could get our money back."  I took her number and immediately searched it and thankful I found this.  Next try Susan, but not this business, not today!!

My rep was "Damian" from Merchant Services corporate office.  H e told me that I had been charged too many times for PCI compliance, that I had received a notice from my cc company and that I had not responded in time to receive the refund.  He was calling me to offer me the refund.  I told him that  I had not received notice and I also told him several times that I was uncomfortable with the call and requested a phone # to call him back after I checked with my cc company.  He told me the call was legitimate and told me I could figure out my refund myself by using my calculator.  I came up with $0.  He said I should have a $0.0? something, then asked me what our total income was for the month.  I then stopped him and told him that I was not sharing any information until I talked to our credit card company, that it should not be a problem to check it out if this was a legitimate call, and that he would not give me his telephone #.  He gave me the above # & ext 2 and told me I could call him back.  I did check with our cc comanpy, and did not call him back.

Received a call from Merchant services corporate stating they were trying to reach me about an overfilling on my account. I was nearing the deadline of a recent dispute and they wanted to help me. Asked me to fax or email the past 6 months of statements in order to review charges and get me money back in which I've overpaid. I clearly stated this seems very unusual they would be asking me for this info. She said she would wait on the line while I sent the info over. I refused and contacted the Better Business Bureau and they said to ignore it. Interestingly enough whether coincidental or not, I had a fraudulent charge on my business credit card hours after that call for $1400! I am glad I googled the number and found this site.

Emily was the individual who called our company-same script as all the others.  I did ask if she was calling from our specific CC processing provider, and she stated they are one of @300 companies Merchant Services represents... I said I didn't have time to email or fax anything-gave me a fax #888-365-1433, and the call back number of 877-554-5759.  Although caller ID showed 214-432-0257.  I won't be emailing or faxing anything...

Same experience here.  She stated that her name was Victoria with "Merchant Services" 877-54-5759 Ext. # 2. And that I was being billed for "Non Compliance" at a rate of $19.95 OR $29.95 per month.  She wanted me to call her back with a copy of my monthly statement in front of me.  She was unable to state who I receive my merchant services from or why I was flagged as non compliant.

A woman named Victoria called and told us that she was from Merchant Services and that we were being overcharged for our debit and credit card machine. She said the callback was 877-554-5759 ext. 2, just like everyone else's calls have been.

Received a call today from Cindy at this number, ext. 2.   She called me Cindy several times and laughed because it was such a long day she was calling her customers by her own name. Asked me to send a statement ASAP so that they could refund me. If they knew they overcharged me, they would already have seen the statements.

SCAM!!!! They called our business and lied. I reported them to the FCC and I encourage everyone else to as well.

Received a call from this number. Sales person took a message. I googled the number before calling back and read all of these comments! We got Alicia with this number at Extension 2 and they would not give the sales person whom answered the phone any information and asked very odd questions as well. Will report also to the FCC.

Received a call from Denise, telling me her # was 877-554-5759. She was from Merchant Services and I was being overcharged for the last 6 months of over 2% and that she was not a processing company trying to get me to change my services. She was very knowledgeable and asked me to send my Nov. statement and asked me to do that while she was on the phone. I told her I needed to make sure she wasnt a scammer before I would send her anything. She laughed and said for me to mark out anything personal or any acct number associated with my account.
I then googled the phone number and there was no such number.

Same...my caller was lady name Amenda! She has called me many times but I never did feel comfortable sending them anything so I’ll just take their info said yes but never did send anything back ! Because she has called me many times so she has past info of people she has spoken to so she would start saying is this so and so it’s me again I want to help and same BS. DO NOT SEND YOUR INFO.

SCAM! said she wanted to process an over payment and lower our credit card rates. Total scam didn't even know what company we were using but wanted account info

Scam call just trying to get a copy of our credit card statement indicating we were overcharged blah blah blah. Couldn't give me any relative information about my actual account so I knew it was BS.

just received a call from Amanda ext 2 saying we are being over charged on our statements.  She said she was with Merchant Services but didn't have our acct number or contact in front of her but she wanted a copy of billing to fix our acct.

Just received call from Victoria ext 2 saying same thing as others reported over charged for rates, was very convincing, but called my rep.  he googled number and told me not to send any info.

I received a phone call from Chelsea (she spelled it for me) saying she was calling about an over charge to our Merchant Services account the month of April/May of this year (I confirmed that part at least twice).  I needed to get one of those statements and confirm the over charge as soon as possible so she could reverse the charges.   Because I was not home, I asked for a phone number (877 554-5759 ext. 2) to return her call as soon as I had the statements in front of me.  "Chelsea" said to do it right away and then asked how soon would I be calling? I told her I would call her as soon as I had the statements!  Hahahahahaha, the joke is on her, we have not had an account with Merchant Services for years.  I decided to do some research on the number she gave me and report it, my husband had seen on the news where the authorities were wanting people to report any type of phone scams. I hope this helps someone else, just remember legitimate business NEVER call and ask for any type of personal information!!
