I just received a call from Mr. Swartz and he was extremely arrogant.  I think he was from some sort of tax enforcement agency and was looking for my neighbor.  He refused to to tell me any information and only wanted to know if Levi Robinson still lived next door.  I have always wondered why and how this guy gets a new car every 2 months, I assumed he was in sales, I guess not.

Got a message from this guy on answering machine - very criptic, no real information.  Not likely that I'll be calling him back - sounds like typical scam.

I got a message from a Kevin Schwartz saying he still had a file on his desk and needed to verify information.  Sounds like a scam to me.

He has an open file on someone I may know.  If he is legitimate he will call back.  I will not call him back.

I have received a similar message from this "Kevin Schwartz" person looking for a person in my family.  Also there was mention of a "File" which needed further information.  My caller was a live person who answered my questions with vague reference to a 24 hour time frame for necessary information to be given.  There were two calls...one was a voice mail .

I have gotten many calls from this phone #. I have never answered. Its the same message every time just the callers name changes occasionally. I am really getting sick of these calls!! I do not intend to ever answer or return the call!!

Got a recorded message he was in his office today and had a file with conflicting confidential information which he needed my location to clear up, if he has my phone number he should have an address, go figure. Also the call came from a local phone number within my a/c but he gave this 877 number for call back. Supposedly the call originated in Alexandria, KY wherever that is.

He is calling cell phones and it must be stopped

Same crook, different day.  This time the jerk used the name of Kevin Schwartz.  Last week from a different number he used the name of John somebody. Last month he called, same voice will using a different name.  I have received about 6-7 calls in the last 6 months.  Each time he uses a different name, but it is the same voice.  He has used many numbers, but I don't remember the numbers.  I'm going to start writing them down so see how many diffenent numbers he uses.

He uses the same spill:  Hello this is ------------ my staff has brought me a file with some conflicting informaton.  It is important that you contact me so we can clear this up. I will be in my office today so give me a call.  

Why doesn't he send me a letter so law enforcement can track him done and stop him.  I blew a whisle in his hear last month. Maybe that is why he uses a different name.  The whisle blew out what few brains he had.

I just got a call from this guy too, "kevin" .He's called before and left the same generic message. I never pick up calls I don't recognize. Next time I think I might pick up and just try to annoy him by repeating everything he says or call him names or something. It is getting very annoying, calling numbers on the do not call list and calling cell phones. I want to gve him a taste of his own medicine.

I keep getting the same calls also.  This guy has called my house 5 times in the last few months; each by a different name.  The last time he even threw in a phoney southern accent for a change of pace.  Each time he calls, I let my husband listen to the message so he doesn't call this guy back.  I erase the messages and forget about it.  He'll never send a letter because he knows it too easy to trace.  If we all keep reporting him, and not answering his calls, he'll get caught eventually.  Just keep reporting; it's the only way to stop criminals like this one.

I keep getting the same call from the same number and Kevin Schwartz and I finally called it back and asked for Kevin and they told me he does not exist that it is just a name for the audimated dialer. They are looking for some that was supposadly assotiated with our phone number. A soon as I said that that person has either never been or at least not in the past 10 years had anything to do with our number they hung up on me......

I have recieved 4 phone calls, from 4 different names,& 4 different numbers. This one was kevin swartz ,The last one was named mike lambert. I don't recall the other names & numbers. ALL THE SAME VOICE. All the same thing. I am contacting you, PERTAINING TO A FILE !!! & it is some one that I know . I can not leave any information on my voice mail.

Same message it seems everyone has been getting.  Don't recommend responding to him no matter what.  If it was legit, they would leave more info and follow up with a letter of some kind.  There are web sites that offer to sell whoever owns a phone number so if "Kevin" really wants legit info, he can find out by paying for that info and send a traceable letter.

I just got a call a little bit ago from a number I didn't recognize: 877-559-9865, so I din't pick up...Lo & behold, I checked my voicemail & it was a "Kevin Schwartz" with a cryptic message concerning something about a file on his desk that needed cleared up and I might have information about the person it concerns....Yeah, RIGHT!!!  I'm not about ready to call this clown back!  I am on the "do not call" list and don't appreciate being harassed in my own home with my own telephone when  whatever-his-problem-is  does not even concern me. I have gotten variations of this call before, but I think it was a different # or another name.  Same message, though.  I would love to know this guy's home # and call HIM to let him know what I think about his stupid phone calls...

ALWAYYYYYYS bugging

I received a call from Kevin Swartz, when I called back the day after I received his voice mail, a lady answered and said I had reached the federal management office of Imperial...Imperial what I don't know and she wouldn't answer, but from what I gathered it was a collection agency.  They were looking for two people whose mail I receive often, and who don't reside at my address.  I purchased my home in 2007 and I've received their mail since.  When telling this to the lady who answered she was very nice, surprisingly and said she would remove my phone number, it may take 48 hours.

This is a phishing scam, Ace, and you're part of it.

I suggest that you read up on the FDCPA, and go from there. You can, and will, be fined, shut down, and possibly even remanded to law enforcement custody if you are caught running a phishing scam under the guise of being a debt collector.

Got the same call as most of the other posts but this time from Jack Miller.

Recieved a call from this number about something that was closed over 2 years ago. but only the guys name was TYLER WILLIAMS!
