I got that same call today asking for her too. 8:00 am

I keep getting the same annoying phone calls.  Three calls a day on my answering machine.  No message.  If we answer, there is music, a click, and then they hang up.  Tonight I called them back.  A woman answered Allied.  I asked her what she wanted. She wanted my phone number and said she wanted to talk to Jeffery Scott.  (I do not know a JEffery Scott).  As I was letting her know what I thought (a scam, harrassment, etc.) she hung up.  I called back and some guy answered by saying Hello.  Again, he said they were looking for a Jeffrey Scott.  I told him I thought this was a scam (along with other things expressing my anger) and he said they were a financial company. Yeah right!  Who do we call for phone harrassment?

Keep receiving calls and undetailed messages from Allied Intersate.  No information is left only a number to call back.  Would like to have the address for these people so I can send a certified letter.

toll free number calls my mother's home all the time & won't say anything when she answers.  She does not have an answering machine.  The name does not show on the caller ID, only toll free & the number.  I looked the number up online & found the name of the company. My mother is registered on the do not call list.

They are a disreputable debt collector that buys up very old debt, much of it past the statute of limitations, hoping someone will be stupid and pay.  They're just a bunch of losers unemployable in any other field.  If you happen to be unlucky enough to answer the phone when they call just remember to pretend to be someone else, don't give any of your personal information and keep them on the phone for a VERY LONG time and play with their heads.  Usually they give up, hang up on you, and stop calling.  They're not the law, just a group of losers looking for a commission or pay bonus.

The Caller ID just had the listing as Toll Free Number with the 877-608-7675 phone number. There were no messages. These people ought to be sued for using poor and out dated information and harrassing people.

They have called here for 5 months for several different names and been asked to remove my number for I don't know the 3 different people they have asked for at my number.  I owe no debt and have had my number over 8 yrs with do-not-call,etc.  Last week I had them remove the 3 names (again) and it would take "48 hrs"...well...no calls for several days and now back again.  This time at 8:30am on a Sunday morning.  It is indeed Allied Interstate as I have talked to them  before.  They usually call for SPRINT (which I've never had..home or wireless).  They need to be sued.

They won't stop calling even though it's for someone who doesn't live here. They  also use number 1-866-578-5043 and you have to call them to stop the automated calls which can come 3x / day. Their system is haywire.

Received two calls within 12 hours. Left a message asking for some Jennifer and to call back with some ref#. Called the number and mentioned the ref# and let them know, they are leaving messges on wrong number. The guy told me he is looking for Scott Smith. I told him there is no Scott Smith on this number. Response - "Okay will note down your number as wrong number. This call may be recorded. Have a good day." I don't know what was that "may be recorded" warning. Usually you hear this alert at the begginning.

Hopefully this is the last time we hear from them.

Yes, I hope you kept a log of their calls, or just contact your phone company or check your incoming call records and print them out.  If you have those records you can sue them now.  Good luck!

These a--h---s keep calling my house 2 or 3 times a day every day.  I finally flipped out and answered the phone at 6:15pm no less and yelled WHAT? on the phone.  Nasty woman says you don't have to yell or cuss and I said I'm tired of these calls all the time and it's after 6pm.  Well, I'm looking for (my father-in-law's name) and I said you've got the wrong number.  Let's see how many more times they keep calling.  I'm quite upset that she thinks she can take away my right to be nasty when they continually call my house all day and night.

Got a call from this number about 90 minutes ago. No message. I was just getting up when this caller came on. This number left no message.
