yes - just did - they identified themselves as barcley and asked me to type in my cc number - which I did not

Just got one, and it went straight to voicemail, "0062 your account may be put on hold if activity verification", blabber blabber.  I'm guessing another autodialer.  This would be like the third autodialer I've got hit with this month.
My accounts call me with real people or more info.

Asked for my Barclaycard account number, but I do not have a Barclay credit card. I called back from a different phone number, I was connected to a management company.  Scammers!!!!

I called Barcley card direct via the number on the website.  There was no hold only account.

I just got the call too. They left a voicemail. Total SCAM. Unfortunately, I'm sure somebody will fall for it...

Left a msg saying my credit card was on hold.

called my cell phone.  i blocked the call, permanently.  Reported the number to the FCC complaint website.

I just got the same call saying Barclay bank has put me on credit hold

Got the same call like half an hour ago. They left a message that my cc is on hold due to fraudulent activity. Don't have a cc with Barclay!

At 8:32 pm est, the same number left a pre-recorded voice message on my mobile phone telling me that a temporary hold may have been placed on my Barclay acct.  I knew it is a scam since I do not have a Barclay acct.  Also, how do I block this number so I won't receive any calls from them.

Last night at 7:17 pm.EST. The same number also left an automated message on my cell phone telling me the same. That a temporary hold was placed on my Barclay card. I have a Barlcay account. When I redialed it 7 times I got some kind of proprty company. Then I called Barclay card and verfiried that this is a scam. I just called this number from my office phone, and again the system requested me to enter my card in order to talk to anyone or even to get into the system.

If you go to the number on your cell you should be able to block it. I can on my iPhone 5s.

I got a voice mail on my business phone that has no association with any credit card. Barclays' web site says nothing about phone calls, it appears all communication is via secured email. Google "Barclay scam".

Received a call from them about my barclay card. I don't have a barclay card, so I googled them, to find this page and another saying it is a scam!!!

I also got a call like everyone else here on my cell saying there had been possible fradulent activity on my credit card. I called the number and got a Property Management Company. I don't have  a credit card and knew it was a scam. Called from a random phone line at work so as not to trace back to my cell. Don't bother with it except to block it.

this is I got it too...but since my bank first federal became south state, I saw that on my my payee that Barclay names...so...must be a reason...either a reward card for a frequent flyers on my husband is having a personal account I am not aware of!!

I just got a call from this number a few minutes ago. A temporary hold may have been on my account (needing verification of activity) and that they monitor my account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Gave one number to call for the US and another for outside of the US. I have never had a credit card in my life and never will, because I prefer to keep the interest money collected in my own pocket, not someone else's.

phone message saying fraudulent activity on my credit card. Called the number back from office phone, and like other callers here, was a property mgmnt firm. Wait to leave message, when to a woman's extension that is head of the "red team" and stated the mailbox was full. Mmmhmmm.
