Didnt get a phone call but there are trying to take money out of my banking account.

they are trying to take money out of my account as well and I don't know who they are

i called and they said they were a loan company i freaking insulted them cause i never authorized them to use my account, in december i applied for some payday loans and in the middle of that craziness they got my info , stupid rep said they were trying to verify my account making some debits , HOW COME THEY DONT DO CREDITS TO VERIFY IT!!!

I just got hit with 1 deposit, 3 small deducts ranging from deuctions from my account  from US DEBT RELIEF and my account went into overdraft. I applied for a pay day loan at the beginning of the month  to try and make up for not working the last 2 weeks of Dec.  I sent a request to my bank telling them i was not familiar with this company and to stop any transactions. well they hit me with 3 overdraft charges and when I call  this number i cant get anyone. What are my legal rights to challenge this?

I meant to say I got hit with deductions ranging from 3cent to6 cent.

They deposited .06cents into my account and then withdrew it in three different amounts. I called their corporate office and let them no they had alot of nerve withdrawing the money from my account and they needed to cancel whatever it is they had on file and they did. The nerve of these companies.

this same thing happened to me on 1-23-12 they deposited $.06 into my account and then on the same day they made 3 withdrawals for $.01' $.02'and $.03 respectively.  I have not called the number yet.

Same thing here.  I called the number and told them I did not okay this and they better stop.  Person, with strong accent, kept trying to get more info.  I told him I did not want them to touch my account.  I also contacted my bank and told them I did not okay this so no more transactions from this company.  Does anyone know the company name?  I couldn't understand the person because of his accent.

I was working out my checking account, paying bills and what not this morning and I noticed the deposit of 6 cents and 2 deductions. 2 cents and 1 cent. What the F***!!?? Not only now do I have to worry am I gonna have money to buy diapers and formula and a gallon of milk but now I gotta worry about stupid people that have nothing better to do then mess with my paycheck. I work hard to support my 2 kids and these effing dumb F**** better leave me and my checking account alone!!! I am calling the number repeatedly and I get nothing. Have already notified the bank. We will see what happens.....

I also had the .06 deposited into my account and then taken out in three withdrawals, they do this to verify the account. Now one week later they have taken out 30.00. Finally able to speak to someone at this number and she said that is an application fee. After some exchange of words they have cancalled the application and will refund the money back to my account in 3-7 business days. So if they have already verified your account call them now to cancel the application before they deduct the 30.00 fee.

me too on the 19th 6 cent credit a 1 and 2 cent debit now today same # only different business name debit $30 call the the # no answer only eternal hold... now my acct is in the overdraft since they used acct # and aba # i have to do a stop payment with a fee that i dont have to cancel them processing .... this is not authorized by me sound like alot of us have been hacked pisses me off... I explained to my bank all the previous statements here today and they are gonna try to help.... eventually once the account is in the pos. i will be changing acct numbers got to get thru this mess 1st...

Same company hit my account for 30 dollars today after the previous small deposits and debits. Going to bank to close my account.

I lokked at my account this morning and this company called Cash Today had taken money out of my account. I called my bank to stop all activity with this company.
