Got a call from these guys asking about helping me get out of debt. Never had a payday loan and am working daily thank God, but I has a .06 deposit and 3 withdrawals of .03, .02, and .01 then they hit me for 30 dollars. WTF. I called the bank about this and they are back charging the company and reporting fraud through the bank that originated the request to remove money from my account. IDK where they got my account numbers anyways. Stupid and ridiculous I tell ya. I talked to one guy who was rude and told me I could nothing because they are based in the Philippines.

The same thing just happened to me.  The .06 was deposited then debited the same day from my account, then I had a $30.00 debit that posted yesterday which caused an overdraft fee on my account.  My bank strongly suggested that I come in and change my account.

Exact same thing happened to me.  On the phone with my bank to try to stop it. Credit of .06 and then debits of .01, .02 and.03 cents.  Then today an ach from CASH TODAY for $30.00

Thank you kdmil1 I saw the little charges in my account then this morning 30 freaked out called the number the bank gave me for cash today 877-670-8738  on hold 20 mins 5 times then disconnected me if I did not see the number you had in this message I would not be getting back the refund in 3-7 business days

I also want to thank kdmil1, I called this number (855-779-1940) also to cancel and there seemed to be no problem with canceling. When I called 877-670-8738 I got no help. The number kdmil1 gave, the person I talked to was helpful. Hopefully there is no more problems.

Same thing small .06 cent deposit on 1-19-2012 and then taken out same day then $30.00 debit on 1-25-2012 called the # 877-670-8738 was on hold for very long while then talked to man named Phillip said I was going to take legal action finally he agreed to close my account with them I didn't even know I had send me a confirmation email and refund my $30.00 within 3-7 business days.

Same thing...small deposit, 3 small withdrawals and one for $30. The first number did not work (877-670-8738), but the one posted on the site (855-779-1940) worked. Did the same as Lindsay above, closed the account, send a confirming email and refund in 7-10 business days. Wate of an hout of my day

The same thing happend to me first it was 01, then .02, then .03 then .06. now today 1/26/2012 they withdrew  my account by 30  overdrafting it. now I owe the bank 35 dollars.

Same scenario...applied for a payday loan in December...only to have these idiots try and take money out of my account unsolicited!!!  How do you report these companies...this is fraud and theft on a GRAND scale!  There must be something that can be done.

P.S.  I have had 3 other different companies do the same thing...be on the look out!

Same thing...................some how they got my info when I was checking various credit options.....I first called Bank.They told me the only way to be sure was to change account numbers. I called them and told them the bank fraud  dept notified the FBI as it was a transaction over state lines...........They cancelled everything.I lost zero but never did receive the email they said they woud send.

If you have call forwarding features (like on Verizon Digital Voice), than forward this jerk to 717-338-2533.  That's the FCC Director's office phone.  Maybe the FCC will finally do their job when they start getting the annoying calls.

I am at a lost for words. This is scary-if they are bold enough to debit your account without authorization, what else will they do??? The same scenario with many other people including myself. It seems they are actually using us the consumer as the pay day lender; however, in a criminalistic way. Borrowing money from the consumer, pay it back later once the consumer discovers the funds are missing. This is very disturbing, and I will investigate this until the end.

saw three small charges and withdrawals in my checking account for .06 from a company called Debt to Wealth.  Then today I found a withdrawal for 30.00 from a company called Cash Today.  The 877-670-8738 was the phone number provided.  Since I don't have a cash loan from these people I disputed the charge from my bank....who is selling my personal information to these people??

Yes same thing happened about a week ago usdebt relief took.o6 cents with the same number 8776708738. I called and they told me they were verifying my account to approve me for a payday loan that i applied for in dec! however I used a 3rd part for that and was denied for all. the rep said no I was approved for one. I said I don't want it > I do not want anymore money taken. so thought it was fiexed and yesterday they took 30 same phone number different name cashtoday. I called first she told me it was application fee, then membership fee and then a finance charge for a loan I never took. she kept referring me to different sights to see the terms and conditions. i told her the company I went thru was free no fee I read the fine print . It would be fees if i signed a loan doc and took a loan. I did not do that. Then she finally agreed to refund me in 3-7 days. Please keep me posted if more debits come and amounts. I haven't talked with my bank because I do have legitimate payday loan thru the web.

I'm on the phone with my bank right now getting this reversed.... I do not have a payday loan with them esp. since that I am unemployed and cannot QUALIFY for this type of loan!

I just got hit with 105 overdraft fees from this number due to a deposit for 8 cents then withdrawal for 4 cents, 2 cents and another 2 cents.  Hopefully I can get the bank to reimburse me of the overdraft charges  or else I am screwed.

They say they are a pay day loan verification company. They charge $30.00 and you have 3 days to get on a website and get your loan. Call them right away at this number and tell them to cancel your account, that you have no idea where they got your info. After speaking with a women of Mideastern accent, she wanted my info etc and AI kept telling her I do not want this loan. She told me that she had cancelled it and I would not be charged the $30.00 fee. I tried to get her to tell me where they got my info but she was evasive saying that they deal with many payday loan companies Get in contact with them asap!

You would need to stay on the line until someone answers and ask that they can cancel your application that you put in (no matter what month). Then ask for a hard copy. The agent will say they can only provide their name and agent # but not a confirmation # nor email. Asked for the escalations dept for the email...not much of an email but ask that they state both "CASH TODAY" and "ILENDNET" companies, their name and agent #.
