- jaredgot a call from these people, probably a scam. thats what it sounded like,
- steve replies to brad| 6 repliesgood advice brad. I recieved the same call yesterday. I didnt call. Just was served coming into my job.
they were waiting for me at the front desk like a customer, My boss told me I had a customer, went over to help him and he asked if I was steve ******** and I said, yes how can I help you? He handed me an envelope and said you've been served have a good day. Great advice again Brad. - fedup621 replies to steve| 1 replyyep Steve u obviously work for them. Great job you're doing.
- fedup621| 6 repliesI do not work for these people & I assume the next person to respond to this post will be an actual employee of theirs working "undercover" who will refute everything I'm saying so that you will fall into their trap; so be it. I received a call from them today, from their "processing & summons division". I have no idea what company because their representative didn't offer it. I was left a message & my permanent number was called as well. They will do whatever necessary to collect. They are collectors and they are COWARDS. They do not care if you lose your job when they FALSELY state that the police are on their way there or that you will be served with summons to appear in court or if your sickly mother becomes upset when they again, FALSELY tell her you're being sued. The most unfortunate part of their game is that people actually fall into their trap (I am not one of those people). They don't have a conscience, but unfortunately they have a job. There's work at McDonald's, however, these people would rather work as predators. To each his own. In order for a predator to feed, it must have prey. I am not now or ever will be your prey. Word to the wise, do your research, be vigilant. You may be in a tight right now, but you are not the scum of the earth as they would have you believe. Their tactics prove that they are. Oh yeah, a process server wouldn't have much luck in his/her profession if he gave his intended party a "head's up" with a phone call before heading out for the day to "serve". Things that make you go hmmmm.....

- Phil| 4 repliesSteve is part of this scam, no doubt. Changing to a different number will do no good. Maybe they need to change their style of communicating. This time it's a lady who is making the calls. Do not be deceived!
- paywhatyouborrowedandstopcrying replies to Phil| 3 repliesEveryone pay your debt and I guess these cowards will stop calling you . If borrowed something pay it back . Debt collectors do not call me . You know why because I pay my debt ...get it together people and stop crying over something you did
- John replies to paywhatyouborrowedandstopcryingSince you supposedly pay your bills and debts, you would have no reason to be on this thread unless you worked for the scammers! Nice try 'paywhatyouborrowedandstopcrying'! LOSER!!!!
Was told I had a balance of $845 but if they file charges, it will cost me $4580! Yeah whatever!! SCAMMERS!!!!
These people prey on your emotions & fears! Be strong and don't let them intimidate you!
What idiots they are. - Young lady| 1 replyUmm hat should I do if they call my phone and I didn't answer but they left a voicemail and it wasn't for me ??!?
- Caller: 7748283686237
- LB replies to Young ladyI just got this phone call - "Renee Morris" asked if I was related to a Deborah Miller who had claimed me as a relative. I said no - she said I may be summonsed to prove I am not a relative. I said I thought she should be summonsed to prove I am - she said it was between me and her, and hung up.
Then she called on our second phone line - asking for my husband, same spiel, and hung up before we could get angry.
We have no debt at all. Unless someone has stolen our identity, which seems unlikely at this point. The calls came on our two lines, listed in two different names - which means someone is robo-calling right through a list of phone numbers.
What is their scam? All they learned from me is that I deny I am somebody's relative. - cowardsindeed replies to fedup621I agree with you totally. They are lower than low. Unless their employer is lying to them, they are the most disgusting pos humans that I have come across. I'm generally a pleasant person, but I tell these people to go kill themselves when they call. They have no value on this planet if that is how they choose to make a living. Flat out lies that wreck lives.
- duh! replies to fedup621its funny how people who owe money can call others cowards!

- Adrian| 1 replyJust a call from this company claiming they are from the Processing of Summons Division. Here is the thing!!! They wanted my sister's info and for me to have her call them in order to avoid jail and trial time. They had my home, work and cell phone number and they called all 3. I gave them a BIG THANK YOU because what they did was illegal contacting my job without any prior consent or anything and they a=will be sued. Called my lawyer and he's in the process of investigating more.
