They called stated was Mark Spenser that worked with a lawyer. That he needed to collect $$ other wise i would get serve ed.Their address is from ny. He could not come up with with documents to proof anything. Then they tried to withdraw$$ under integrated s921.9999

I got a call from this man today says I will be served between 12-3 today I do not know who this is it name is Travis whoever from the processing service

Legitimate process servers do not call to warn you, or to get money from you to stop the process.  They will deliver the notification without warning.

I got the same call from some dumb buck....he wanted to know my address so he can send me a judgement on a debt 7 years old,,,,,,LOL I told him no

I just got a call today... Let it go to voicemail... Unknown Caller... Said to be home Friday between 12-3 to be served papers? What is this?

They told me the same thing! Said he would be in my area between 12 and 3 friday to serve me and that I need to be home, or call this number. If I don't call this number, and he doesn't hear from the company trying to serve me, he will see me Friday. He never states who or what he is calling in regards to, nor can he let me have his cell phone number. I blocked all private calls on my cell phone starting yesterday because he called again. I am really tired of the harassment. Yes,  I have a little debt, that I am working on paying off. I am trying. This dillholes are Scammers.

I  wondering if they actually come out to the houses!? If he does I am not gonna answer the door! He can leave the papers in the mailbox! Has anyone actually been served?

I've had 3 calls from David Carter on my voicemail that I would be served Friday between 12p - 3p.  I"m still waiting for him and its 4:13p.  I have worked at the same company for 19 years and I live in the same home for 10, so I'm sure if he was going to serve me then he had the correct address.  I didn't answer this fool because I'm not an idiot.  They are all SCAMMERS!  Duh!

Thank you all for you input I received a sumular call on behalf of my wife today making the same claims! We shall cast them off and not even give a thought .

Just received same call, saying her name is Rebecca, they will come to my home or work between 12 pm-3 pm.  Called back and a man said, this is John, I hung up the phone, sick of these people.

Got a unknown phone call stating that i will be served this friday at work for an old debt and i need to pay it off and call this number...#1 servers or prosecutors never give warnings before being served....#2 thier number always comes up as unknown, what business calls as unknown, that should be a red flag and pinpoint for SCAMMERS. These people have nothing left in thier pathetic dog lives. They cant afford to work or make a real living like the rest of us hard working americans...these people are worthless...DO NOT BE SCARED OF THESE PEOPLE... They are just worthless scammers...NOBODY IS GOING TO SERVE YOU ANY DOCUMENTS...

I got the same call today saying I would be served tomorrow from 12-3 at my work or home and to have my valid ID available.  Have anyone ever showed up?  His name was Scott weaver not sure what he could be serving me for.

Did you ever get served?  I received a call that I'd be served Friday between 12-3 at my place of employment and home.

Has anyone actually gotten served?  They called me and left a message AND called my sister that lives in another city and told her to pass the message along to me.  They said they would come to my place of employment and home between 12-3 on Friday.  When I called the number, a person answers by name but no company or office name is given.

I got two calls from a Cheryl, one on my cell phone and the other on the home number, saying my husband was a point of contact for Maria and there was legal papers to be served to her. She also advised that she will be serving her at her place of employment and if she is not there, her home. Of course it's a Wednesday between 12 and 3.

First of all, we do not know anyone by the name of Maria and Maria is not my name. Second, I do not answer any calls if I don't recognize the number and if you show up as unknown on the caller id I definitely will not answer the call. Who the hell these scumbags think they are by calling people like this. I can't even give them the satisfaction by calling these people to even tell them we don't know this Maria.

Got the unknown call today. Two of my sister's got the call as well. Left this number to call. John Duvall was the name. Wants to serve more Tuesday. Third attempt at this still waiting to be served and or arrested. Lol!
