Same junk coming to Florida too.  I got one today.  The 75708 zip is in Tyler, TX.  Can't find what "East Texas P&DC" means.  Anyhow, in the trash it goes.

I got this card today and called the number because I really was expecting a package and thought I'd missed delivery.  It was a green card with the message:

Please call to schedule pickup:  (877) 766-1235
Package Number:  1113-0419-9946
Hours:  M-F 9:AM--6:PM (EST)
Sat 9:AM--1PM (EST)

The card says at the top by the stamp:  East Texas PADC, TX 757 3 2 (or, 1), 06 Jul 2010 PM

When you call, you have to enter the package number, then wait to be connected.  Then an employee comes on the line and, without identifying herself, proceeds to tell you that the "package" is a vacation package.  

I asked to be removed from their mailing list and the employee refused and kept talking.  I interrupted and demanded to be removed and...she kept up with her spiel.  I hung up.

I just got the same green card.  I know people in Texas and thought it might be one of them sending me something.

I got the green card with the smudge and number to call but no other info. also and I'm in Florida.

Got one today in the mail. Took the time to report it using the US Postal Inspection Service - Mail Fraud form.  Easy enough to fill out. https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/forms/MailFraudComplaint.aspx.  Best thing to do, they might even be able to catch these jerks.

Was elated to get my green card today (sarcasitic). Ditto with many remarks, but had no other smudged or any other.  My package is -9577 and must be really great (sarcastic). Even the stamp was not cancelled. Maybe I'll steam it off and reuse. But it's probably bogus too.
Yes, it's probably to gather your phone number for future fun and games!  For those who called, likely your phone will become a Christmas tree: all lit up alot!  Scam stuff, and apparently something new.

I got the green card today, 7/11/10.  No return address and no postal mark and stamp not cancelled.  I'm in Central Florida.  Going right into the trash.  This is a great site!

From Michigan's West Coast.  Got my Green Card today! 7/12/2010. At first I thought they missed me... I want to thank all of you who have posted your lucky results. My entry will also end up in the recycle stack with out a call to find out where my Package would have taken me. No return address, no postmarks, blank on the back, and a cute Polar Bear stamp that is helping the Post Office stay in business.

Thanks, everybody for posting. My green postcard that came today (7/13) did not even have a postmark/cancellation on it. Second one I've received this year.

yup, same card, no post mark or any kinda indicator on where it came from, probably wasnt gonna call as it sounded too much of a scam, but glad i googled it!

just a shot in the dark, i recently got Comcast voice service, and i get a ton of calls from telemarketers even tho ive added myself on the do not call list over a week ago....  could these cards be part of it? anyone else with comcast voice?

POSTMARK IS JULY 12-DO NOT HAVE ANY IDEA WHO THESE PEOPLE ARE-DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING THAT I REQUESTED TO SEND BACK.  THIS SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM OF SORTS

I received the same thing, and when I told the lady who answered that I didn't appreciate this sort of deceptive solicitation and would like to be removed from their mailing list, I was told (very rudely) that "This is an inbound call center, ma'am, YOU called US."  So I told her "You mailed this to me, and I don't want to receive any more solicitation from your company" and I was told "Well then just don't call us then.  We didn't mail it, we're just a call center."  I hung up in frustration.

Received the green card also.  The post mark is clear on this card.  It states "EAST TEXAS P&DC 75708" PM 12 JUL 2010.  Does anyone know what this means?

The postal stamp reads East Texas P&DC 75708(or 6)   It would be nice if these folks we not wasting resources trying to be sneaky, and wasting my time!
