Gee, wouldn't it be really great if the bank that issued that card put the actual number to call on the back of it?  That way you would know who you are calling.

Just got my Citcard statement with a $14.95 charge from Colletc Premiersavings 877-769-9731 on 5/22/2020 transaction date.  I haven't used this credit card for over a month because it is my COSTCO card and haven't been there due to the covid-19 problems.

I called the number and found out that when I ordered something I accidentially clicked a subscription for the $14.95 which I did not think I was clicking ... I was clicking to get the free shipping/$10 rebate not knowing it was connected ... tricky on their part but they did cancel the subscription when I called them and they sent an email confirming the cancellation going forward but I would pay the one time $14.95 charge due to my stupid mistake.

They pulled 14.95 out on my card on the 14th I called and cancelled on the 17th said they don’t do refunds. It was 3 days really. Sorriest company ever.

This is the customer service/endless hold number shown on the credit card charge. When I reviewed my mom's credit card statement with her, she had no idea what this was. Web site did not look familiar to her.  We filled the e-mail form to cancel account. She has been charged $15.79 every month for Premier Savings Membership after a purchase in January. Unfortunate to take advantage of older people by including things they do not know they are getting. Hope they cancel for us.

Instead of hoping THEY cancel for you, why don"t you contact her credit card company & report the fraudulent transactions?

I haven't called this number yet but I have sent numerous emails to cancel my premier savings for $14.95 a month. No response. I even sent email to PayPal but they responded and said I have to contact Collections ETC myself. If no one answers the phones or answers emails, then what? Is there someone else I can contact?

This company took money ($16.00) from my account without my permission, I placed an order with them about a month ago, but to my knowledge did not join any kind of anything. I will try to contact them and have them deposit my money back into my account.

They took $16.15 from mine & I've never heard of this place.

I also had 14.95 deducted from mg account. Somehow when I placed an order months ago with Collections Etc. I was signed up for this monthly deduction. I opened their site on google to the help section and cancelled my membership. They got back to me in 24 hrs agreeing to cancel it. We shall see!

They took out 14.95 out of my account and I can't get in touch with them and I didn't give permission how do they get your account....

This is definitely a scam, it took me a couple of hrs but I figured it out. This past Christmas I ordered some Christmas gifts from Collections ETC. Com. This companies number is 620-584-8000. In January of 2020 I started paying my card off. I wasn't using it at all so I didn't check as often. I got to noticing my balance wasn't going down like it should be so I started checking out some things and came upon this website while I was trying to find out what was going on. COLLECT Premiere Savings has been taking 14.95 out off my credit card since January of this year and I have no clue who they are. They do not have the exact same name or phone number. Their number is 877-769-9731. Will I be able to get my money back? I sure hope so.

When you purchased from them they signed you up for this "discount program"  As to getting your money back you will have to contact the bank.  They are not legally obligated to return money past 60 days.  I find that the website is extremely sneaky.  They do not come out and say what the charge is.  They do have this on their one website: https://www.collectionsetcpremiersavings.com/faq

You should check the "fine print" from that purchase to see if you unknowingly signed up for their Premier Savings.

I found out this is something they charge as free shipping contract.  I was scammed twice but caught it and got a refund for latest.  It is when you order and do not read all that us printer m. It is scam and no one should place orders with COLLECTIONS, ETC.  they use to be a great catalog company.  Never will I order from them agan even if they give the item(s) to me.

Their website is extremely unclear about this.  You have to go to another website FAQ to get answers and even then it is unclear.  Very deceiving.
