I had it taken out also. I did call and spoke to someone. It is a membership for Collections Etc.. Premier Savings. It is a monthly fee. I told them to cancel it i never joined and they did.

I wouldn't trust that they actually cancelled this. You'd be better off cancelling the credit card they charged so they can't do it again.

I never signed up & they been taking it out for a almost a year. Just noticed it. Also I never even received a card. One purchase in almost a year & they signed me up.

You signed up because it is automatic with every purchase.  Have you read the rest of the posts such as my reply to "Sara"?  What I don't understand is how it took you a year to look at your bank statement?  That should be done every month which is why they send you one every month.

I never ordered anything from them I called customer service and said I signed up for this in March 2020 but just getting charged for it now makes no sense. Customer service was not so great I was hung up and was talked to in an unprofessional manner. I wanted to Ask why if I signed up for it in March 2020 why I was just now getting charged for it. Did get a refund.

Took 16.48 from my debit card. Called the bank and its fraud. Watch your bank accounts!!

Not a phone call. This company is still scamming people as of 10/21. Same as all the other complaints. They set up a back door 15.00 monthly membership. I called customer service and they issued an email with a cancellation but I also cancelled my credit card. Stay away from this rip off!!

I have been charged 14.95 for a year without my knowledge…I thought it was a shipping charge but the posting on my account with capital one is unclear. THIS IS A SCAM !! I’ve lost 179.00 for absolutely nothing.

This number has taken 14.95 out of my checking account for the last five months. Have no idea who they are and cannot get them to stop.

My father has been noticing a charge the last few months on his credit card statement.  He does not use a computer.  I had placed an order for him and NEVER noticed it mentioned anything about "joining" this savings club when I did the checkout.  I totally feel this is a bait and switch scam.  Get free shipping, but they are not disclosing we will now be charging you a monthly fee.  This company is awful taking advantage of older customers. I have cancelled the membership, took a screen shot of the webpage and my father is going to call the number to ensure they stop charging him.  They unlawfully signed him up for something he never consented to knowingly.  They may have something after the fact that states if you want the free shipping join this club, but that was not clearly stated on the check out screen.  I would have never proceeded with the order if I had seen any indication that he was signing up for this type of membership.  Shame on this company for being so shady

I ordered a Dachshund mat for my 90 year old mother for Christmas that said, “Gracie has to approve visitors.”  She cried when she opened it.  We all loved it.  Then every month I have been billed $15.00 for what I don’t know.  I have been trying to find out how to stoo these debits since my credit card, despite being told about the situation, continues to honor these debits.  I ordered it from their catalog I received in the mail.  Now. I just want them to stop.

This is where reading becomes so important.  First you should have read the site that you ordered from including the Terms of Service.  Second, when you came here you should have read the other posts because you would have gained a lot more insight into your problem and what to do about it.
