$14.95 taken out of my checking account without permission  I did place order last year but if this is how you operate remove my name from your mailing list  this includes email etc I do not want to do business with your company any more

I did not receive phone call but r mails that I considered trash I caught this in my credit debit withdrawls

Collections etc. Offers 10% off your order if you give your email.  Then they sign you up for this premier savings plan, without your consent.  In my opinion, it's  a scam.  You have to call and cancel, even though you didn't  sign up for it.  The only money refunded me, was the debit from yesterday.   I will no longer do business with them.

Then report the fraudulent transaction to your bank & have them cancel the card.

They took 15.96 from me without my permission.The phone number for them is no longer in service it's a scam.

I just called the place and they said they took me off membership I had no idea what it was. 14.95

I called this morning and told them I never approved any money to be taken out of my account.  They took out 2 payments of $14.95.  I cancelled and told them if they do it again I will get them. Unfortunately they said I worldnt get my money back because I signed up for it. I didn't. I dare them to do it next month. I'm surprised I even got to talk to someone.

They took $16 and some change from my checking account also.With out my permission. What do I do to get it back?

Did you do the smart thing & call your bank to report the fraudulent transaction?

On 4/24/21, the same thing happened to me, in the amount of $16.18. It was noted as "recurring". I have asked them to cancel this charge.

Seen a chg for $14.95 on CC bill. Called 8777699731 and spoke to George (cust serv rep). He told me we agreed to a membership when we ordered something. Don't recall doing that. He says their membership offers perks. (don't care). I asked him to cancel my membership and he said he would and we will no longer be charged.
