I got a call, where the caller ID was 585-672-6398, and left a message.  When I checked the message it was of a woman with a stern voice saying she needed to discuss a "serious matter", and call 877-821-1657, repeated it once again, and then closed with 'thank you for your cooperation'

The caller didn't leave a specific name, nor did she ask for anyone in particular.

Same here.  they use mulitpal numbers. No $ amount or name as To the mesg for???

I got a phone call this morning from 6158649556.  Said she was calling from Dynamic Recovery Solutions, a debt collector.  Said they had a matter to discuss with me in their office.  Said to call 877-821-1657 and repeated the number.  then said Thanks for your cooperation

I have been getting calls from an unknown #857-453-4152.  The message they leave states...calling from Dynamic Recovery Solutions, a debt collector.  Said they had a matter to discuss with me and to call them at 877-821-1657.  Thanks for your cooperation.    They do not identify who they want to speak with or what the matter is about.   Seems sketchy to me.  

I just called the 877-821-1657 # and the individual stated they did not have info from the # I was calling from.  He asked for the # I received the message on and I stated "that's the problem you do not indicate who you want to speak with or what the matter is about"....the rep hung up on me.     I called my local police office to report the numbers & the above info.    Bottomline....do NOT provide any of your personal info....and block their # on your phone #.  

Just received a call from a woman from this # with  very stern voice. No name or other Info was left

Got a message from a DC number,  202-813-1960, telling us to call this number about a "Debt Collection." I'm reporting this to the fcc

Original robocall # 502 804-5131. Dynamic Recovery Solns did not know my name and was an ass when I asked why they were contacting my phone.

Company typically phones daily (if not more) and leaves messages of an urgent nature on answering machine.  While the recorded message appears to sound foreboding, if you return the call to the call center to investigate, the call center staff are beyond rude and unprofessional.  "Ms. Tate" is a favorable fictional moniker for the company to use.  These are your typical debt buyers/brokers which in many cases attempt to collect on "old debt" that have passed its legal statute of limitations, therefore making it totally uncollectible.  They are well aware of this fact and attempt to collect anyway---unsecured debt, that is.  They will typically harass for several months and then package the debt to be sold off to another debt buyer who will attempt the same tactics.  The call center operators are typically rude, smug, uneducated, and typically have no desire to better their lives by selecting an occupation which provides them "power" by bullying and harassing others.  IMHO, a real classy outfit, indeed.

I received the same, but with a local number on the caller id, but the callback given was the same as everyone elses. Very aggressive voicemail, no name of who they needed to talk to. I may answer next time to see if the stern woman is a recording or a live person.

Same type of call Dynamic Recovery - left same message by a lady.  Caller ID was 562-606-0269.
Also says they have a "serious matter" to discuss.

I got a call from this company earlier today (from a local number) on my cell phone; the woman left a message saying it was Dynamic Recovery Solutions and that they were a debt collector, and needed to discuss a serious matter with me. However, they never said my name.  As this was the second call (the first was 3 weeks ago - I  just ignored it), I decided to call so I could put a stop to these calls.  

After being on hold for several minutes, a pleasant woman answered the phone.  When she asked for my name I firmly said "You called me; you should have that information".  To her credit, she was not rude at all and was, in fact, quite polite.  She was difficult to understand, though, due to a thick accent.  She verified that "based on the number you're calling from, the person we're trying to contact is David something" (I couldn't understand the last name).  I told her I didn't know anyone by that name (which is true) and said they need to stop calling me. She said they would remove my number from their list within 72 hours.  We'll see...  Btw, I've had this cell phone number for 11 years, so this all seemed very fishy to me.  

I HAD THE SAME AS ALL THE ABOVE. I TOO CALLED ONLY BECAUSE I WORK FOR A COLLECTION AGENCY AND HAVE FOR MANY YEARS.  I DIDNT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION WHEN I CALLED BACK THEY CLAIM TO HAVE LOOKED UP MY PHONE NUMBER WHICH IS THE SAME PHONE THEY CALLED ME ON (MY CELL) AND SAID THEY WERE LOOKING FOR A RODNEY.  TO WHICH I SAID WRONG NUMBER.  A COLLECTION AGENCY WILL NOT LEAVE ITS COMPANY NAME ON A VOICE MAIL PLUS THEY WILL ALWAYS SAY WHO THEY ARE TRYING TO REACH.  DO NOT GIVE YOUR PERSONAL INFO TO ANYONE WHO CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER.

We received a similar call this morning, it was a pre-recorded message. I let our voicemail take it. The female pre corded message said she was calling from Dynamic Recovery Solutions, no mention of who she wanted to speak with but that it was about a debt and urgent. The number 1-877-821-1657 does not match any numbers associated with that company. I've kept the recording and will contact our state attorney general for advice. Has anyone done a people search on this number?

Call from 267-443-6341 same type of message, only left their company name and toll free call back number.  Upon calling Dynamic Recovery Solutions, some woman answered, and I asked why are you people calling.  She said the person she was looking for.  I said no one by that name lives here.  Then she said "So you have no idea who that person is."  How absurd.
Its a typical zombie debt collector/ scammer trying to get personal information.  This has been reported for scamming.

I just now received the same call. It's important we keep this message going it makes a lot of " red flags" go up.  Thanks to everyone for taking the time to explain the situation which have be all similar.

I just came home to the same message as everyone else is getting.  I don't owe ANYONE money, so I know it's bogus.

I, too, have received this message:
"Hello this call is from dynamic recovery solutions a debt collector. We
have a matter to discuss with you in our office. If you would please call us
back at 8778211657. I would appreciate it. Again that toll free number is
8778211657. Thanks for your cooperation."

I do not have any outstanding debts, and do not intend to return the call.
