I've been staying with my mum over the holidays and these guys call my mum three to five times a day and don't even speak in full sentences. They always ask for her nurse, Patsy, who's on vacation, who has, shall we say, a history of money issues. I don't know what Patsy's current situation is, or how Credit One has my mother's number, but regardless, the calls are invasive and unprofessional.

If Patsy has credit issues, it may be a good idea to go over your mother's finances.  She may be using your mother's money to pay her bills.  This is certainly not the type of person i would want taking care of one of my loved ones.

I have been getting calls from this # for the last week. They call atleast 5 times a day. Do you know why? It's not because I am late on my payment that is due tomorrow (8.5.15), it is because I am 5 dollars over my limit ($400). I just got off the phone with them & thats what I was told. These people are ridiculous & obviously have to call & harass people about $5 before the next payment is even due. I "was" going to pay that plus double my minimum payment tomorrow like I always do.  As somone stated previously, doing business with credit 1 is "definately a learning experience." Be careful if you have a line of credit with these people & check your interest rate on "every statement."

English is not the official language in this company, being a Disabled war veteran who left my English ears on the battlefield and don't know what they are saying.  Good luck to them as I wait for someone who speaks our language.  They claim they are Clear Bank and I never used them in the past.  Life

Worst company ever!!!!!!....I don't owe much on this card so I will be paying it off next week,  CARD WILL BE SCHREDDED AS SOON AS LAST PAYMENT IS MADE!!!!!!!  I regret ever opening this account. I get at least 10 calls a day, weekends and holidays included. At first I thought they were a scam company and immediately began researching to make sure they were a Credit One company.

Left a message to call them, when I called they asked for my account #, when I told them  that I do not have account with them, guy with Indian accent asked me for any credit or debit card number that I have. Really???

These guys are Credit One Bank and they are calling on an account that was a major pain in the @$$ to close. They are foreign and the customer service sux. DO NOT get a card with Credit One Bank. They are shady as f*k.

I just mundanely answer the phone "Middleton Police Department, fraud division, May I help you?"
Gee, for some reason they hang up and never call back? Darn! and I was having such fun!

OMG... These F ing people are calling me before my due date??? I got 6 calls today from them. Today is the 2nd the payment us due on the 7th!! Really. I called back and they had to nerve to argue with me because I would not make my payment with her!! I don't do payment over the phone online or check only. She had to the never to argue with me, screaming WHY, WHY. I told her do not call me unless this account is past due. I'm going to pay off this call and they can go to HELL!!!!

The guy left this number as a callback number. The number he called from is 888-310-3568. Sounded like a Mexican guy. I let it go through to voicemail, he said it was "Raymond" calling from CreditOne bank and I needed to "call back immediately" regarding my account. I suspect a scam, I have no account with them and don't answer/call back numbers I don't recognize.

Credit One credit card called again but I didn't answer.  I'm finished with this scam and rip-off
so-called bank.  They hid charges and I got the bill after using the card once for 40.00. They
say I owe them 45.00 membership fee and 35.00 late fee.

I never got my card so i want to know who.sigin me
