It's a Credit One Bank number. It's even listed on their website under contacts for lost/stolen cards, charges, credits, or payments.

This number calls about 6 or 7 times a day.  Each time they ask for Dewayne Fritz.  I tell them that there is no Dewayne Fritz at this number, they have the wrong number.  They call back a half hour later and I tell them the same thing.  What's this company's problem and how do I get the phone calls to stop?

I keep getting these call at least 2x a day for about 1 week so far and I just get hangups.

The number 877-825-3242 calls 3 times a day and all I receive is hangups.

They call our spa 5x a day, at least, and hang up.

does anyone have credit one bank e-mail address so i can tell them off and stop calling me  every day they are harassing and i'am getting tired of it credit one bank needs to be put out of business for good i don't know how they got my phone number because i never gave it to them . i closed my cc account a month ago or so

they was a smartass and i don't have no reason for them to calling me. the man should have his smartass kicked a few times. i don't need for them to call my mother is 82 and they have called and bothered her' this has got stop. i am geting very pissed off.

They have been calling my home phone for a week now.  It comes up on my caller ID.  I don't have an account with them and my phone number has been on the do not call list for 3 years.  I just filed a complaint with the do not call list.  They are calling me like 6 times a day.

Constant!!! They call me every damn day. My wife picks up and says "No there is No (enter name here)at this number!" and guess what?! THEY STILL KEEP CALLING!

Ok this number (1-877-825-3242)  called my house asking for my step dad.  I asked if they wanted his cell number and they said they had it and he never answers and he normally ansers his phone.  I talked to him and had him call the number and he said to not tell mom they called.  Why could they be calling?

This number keeps calling me non-stop. I'm tired of seeing their number on my phone every single day. What can I do to make it stop?

I keep getting these calls at least several times a day. I have never had an account with them and I pay all my bills monthly. I just want them to stop.

they call my home everyday 7 days a week, I do not have or ever have had any credit account with this company, I have no credit cards for a reason, if I cannot pay cash then I dont buy anything. They start at 8am everyday and dont stop till the evening, this has been going on for about 6 months to a year and I am sick of it. Something needs to be done about this!!!

They call several times a day.  Don't know why.  But I wish they would stop.

These loosers call about 3-4 times a day. Never had a credit card in my life. Very rude people. When I told them they have the wrong number they just call you again 30 min later like nothing happened. Bunch of morons!!

They call several times a day.  It is a Credit One Bank trunk line.  Many different divisions from any number of offices use that number as their Caller ID.  In my case, it is a collections call.  I don't answer.  I don't have any money...lost my job, lost my house, don't even have enough money for food, about to lose my mind.  The only thing I have is a cell phone and it's overrun with collections calls.  They don't care...they're just doing their job.

Credit One Bank has some of the rudest people working for them!

I called and asked for a credit increase and amazingly that night someone used my card for the amount of the increase that I got...can you say inside job?

I called and was told that I made the charges and they were not going to do anything about it. They would not put a hold on the card or anything. Would not let me file a fraud report either. The idiot that I talked to on the first call would not even put me through to a supervisor. I finally hung up and called back and was able to get someone to help me. They even knew the person I talked to on the first call and admitted that he needed more training.

I have been very disappointed in their service and the fees that they charge are out of this world. I am working on getting them paid off now so I can cut the card up and close that account.

If you are even thinking about getting a card through them....think again....all you will get is headaches!
