they keep calling my work...leaving no messages....

Yup! It’s legit

Call several times a day (since I've blocked the number, it goes directly to voicemail) asking for "Joanna"   There is no Joanna at this number.  This has been going on for several weeks.

This toll free number called just after 8am (West coast time). Man it was not 9am yet!  Plus no msg left. And we do not do any business with Citibank. Will block number.

This is a scam caller. They call many times a day but we do not answer. Will be blocking the number. Not a legitimate caller.

Calling several times a day. Is very agrivating.

Caller is Citibank, regarding my Best Buy Credit Services issued thru them. They called because my payment was late. I have now set up online auto payments thru my Best Buy account.

Calls constantly. Don't answer. Always go and check number to see if it's legitimate and this one is a scam call as many sources have been checked and all say the same thing that this is a scam call. Also, should not call on the Sabbath.

Validating that a number is legitimate doesn't reassure call recipients the caller is who they claim to be, since scammers constantly spoof bank numbers in an attempt to gain access to your account info.
Never trust the caller will be who they say they are, always call from an official number to verify they called you.

If you're behind in your payment and you do owe then for the privilege of having credit through their financial institutions, you have to talk to them about said credit and pay them for what you are obligated (like it or not) but you know that already ! Right..?

These people are relentless. They keep calling even after you’ve paid your bill. They also get information wrong. Even when you ask them to correct it over and over, they don’t. A word of warning!!! Do not buy things from Best Buy! These people will hound you several times a day around the time your bill is due even if you pay it online.

Best Buy has nothing to do with the credit card. It is all on Citibank.

Calls my fax line several times a day.... I mean don't they get it?? It's a fax there fore you can only send a fax not a voice line??? Guess they're not the brightest crayons in the crayon box...

Called four times today.

Called four times again today (11/23). They seem to be calling every two days, and about every two to three hours on a day that they do call. No message left.
