Called three times again. They left a message, something about going onto bestbuy.accountonline.com to review account status, or if preferred, to call 855-242-6899 to talk with one of their clients. I have not shopped at Best Buy recently nor do I have a Citibank credit card. The website is the Best Buy credit card login.

Called twice this morning don't know who they are but I have no credit cards or late payments on anything my caller ID says it's something called NOPE and it says scam or robo caller never says anything so I blocked it still calling 3 or 4 times a day .

Calls my work phone at approximately the same time each afternoon.  My cell phone kept auto-blocking the number until I performed a higher level block with my cell phone service provider.

Called on 4/3 at 8:32 AM, 11:33 AM, 2:35 PM and 5:37 PM as well as today (4/5) on 8:03 AM, 11:04 AM, 2:31 PM and 5:32 PM; left a message after the 11:04 AM call "to login at bestbuy account online com to check account status or to call back at 855-242-6899".

Calls two to three times a day, morning and evening...........hate it! Sometimes they leave a message and most times not.

Celled on 4/7 at 8:32 AM, 11:01 AM, 3:22 PM and today (4/9) at 8:21 AM and 11:23 AM; left a message after every second call. The message has always been the same. I also noticed that the calls stopped coming from 877-836-5629 and switched to 877-836-5643- could it be getting serious?

They normally call four times a day and leave a message after the second call. I have heard that they are legit.

I am receiving several calls a day from this number.

I called back this number because they kept on calling and i read the above regarding Best Buy.
I immediately had a robot asking for my last for digits of my acct # and the last 4 digits of my ss #. I said CUSTOMER SERVICE a dozen times, kept getting the prompt lets try this again, repeat. SCAM, do not fall for it. If Citibank was trying to get a hold of me they would have left a message, email or regular mail.

This is people pretending to call from Citi/Best Buy about your credit card. However they can and will do nothing to prove it, other than repeatedly claim they are real, or insist they are calling from Citi or Best Buy, or claim they are looking directly at your account-but can't provide any information from the account to prove it.

Has been calling 3 or 4 times a day for almost 2 weeks now. Leaves no messages. I call it back and it says the number Ive dialed cannot be reached. If it were a legit number they would leave a message and have a working callback number.

Calls 3-4 times a day  at all times. Don't owe anybody anything.  Never leaves a voice message.

Ive tried blocking the number but it doesnt work they call constantly.  I dont know who they are never leave a message and when i call back they wont answer questions.  Im not the person they are looking for.   Ive had my phone number for 8 years.  I dont who they are trying to reach snd they just keep calling its going on 6 mths now and they wont say why they are calling

Keeps calling nonstop saying they are from “Citibank” then they called again and I answered and I told them I have no account with them then the woman hesitated and then said she was from Best Buy then I hung shes a fraud
