- EvaI get calls everyday, at least 4 times. These are robo calls and when I did call back, I am put on hold. Also, this company has started cutting in on my calls, thus causing a disconnect.

- goofyI made online payment early this morning, they have continued to call me several times today. So I guess even making a payment and attempt to pay account wont stop the harrasing phone calls

- DaxxMy 83 year old grandmother received a call from these people yesterday evening. They told her they were Bank of America. She called Bank of America and they said that they do not use 800-services to collect, and that this call was fraudulent. My grandmother certainly does not owe money to her credit card companies. Not only doesn't she have an account with HSBC/Orchard/Merrick Bank, she's never heard of them. Looks like there's more than meets the eye here, huh...? So, to those of you who have recommended that the calls be stopped by paying our bill, .... how exactly does one pay a bill they don't owe?

- FrustratedI have had several calls from this number and have told the lady once already that the person she is looking for is not at this number. Does anyone know the name of the company they are calling from?

- Disgusted with Jerks replies to Ha| 1 replyto "Ha" -- some of us have been looking for jobs for so long our unemployment is about to run out. so why dont you take your pompous attitude elsewhere. We would gladly pay our bills if we had the money to do so. We would gladly work with our creditors if given the opportunity. We will NOT BE illegally harassed and treated unfairly by scumbag companies and collectors that cannot FOLLOW THE LAW.

- RDWMerrick Bank, Orchard Bank and most of these banks use automatic call devices, its not a person calling you its a machine, that is why you are always told to wait for the next operator when you answer, In most cases they are programmed to ring you at various times of the day within the legal limits of morning and night. People that say to stop the ringing just pay your bills aren't thinking of the many situations that come up in a persons life that interfere with our ability to make payments. These collectors use scare tacticts and try to pull as much money as possible from you each month, for the overly honest, scared and worried, these tacticts work. My wife owes money to one of the banks that use this number and they call 10-15 times a day, this is not the only collection agency calling my house 10-15 times a day. At first I got very angry with my wife till I checked these numbers on the internet and seen how they work. This forced me to buy a ring controller from the internet and I am no longer bothered by their calling since I am able to select who rings my phone. I am not selling ring controllers but I know what people go through with these harassing collectors that do not have a heart and they do not care about your personal problems. I Don't make yourself a nervous wreak over this type of situation any longer.

- JesseReceived a phone-call from this company on October 5th this year and a man with a thick accent immediately told me I was in debt on multiple credit cards. Even more weird is that I'm a Canadian citizen who doesn't own a single credit card and have never been in debt, EVER. Why the [***] is some credit card located in UTAH calling me in Ontario? Anyways, I called back and called the person on the other line a scamming piece of [***]... Haven't heard from them since :)
