Forget them calling.  I just received an overdue bill for $369.28 from this number/address claiming they are UPS.  Always verify, especially when you know you don’t have an account.

You must be a part of this scam! Otherwise, why so quick to judge? They have called me and sent me something in the mail claiming that I owe money when I know I don’t...I don’t even use UPS for shipping! So you stop being a schmuck and know what’s up before you start judging people!

Called and asked for accounts payable.  Said something about our outstanding bill to UPS and it needed to be paid.

People are very cheerful/apologetic  but want your routing number and banking number and 400? because they say your social security number is expired. Even though I know damn well it only expires if you die.They say they can't stop calling. It is very annoying

Got a call saying I had missed the last 17 payments. Yes, 17!!! He was going to email those to me, but didn't have my email address. How strange!

SCAMMER using UPS name, you owe money but I cannot send you invoice, but you must pay now, this is number he gives to pay bill

VERIFY even if you have an account - we do and I called the real UPS number to verify - these people are AWFUL HUMAN BEINGS

This number calls our business daily. Always asking to speak to "accounts receivable" then tries to get my name and info. I always ask what this is in regards to and just repeats our ups account number and hangs up. This is a scam. Do not fall for it. I have spoken to UPS and it's a scam as our account is not past due.

I called UPS's number listed on my invoice 800-811-1648.  They gave me this number as their account's receivable department in case we got disconnected then transferred me.  Our company has several accounts and they had credited a payment to only one and not the 2 we were paying.  They were able to clear it up.  So, in this case... # is legit.

It's a flipping scammer.  I contacted UPS in both locations and they said that I was not on file for owing them a bill and the said package I owe on was picked up and paid for in April 30, 2021. Someone is trying to scam people out of money.

Said it was UPS out of Virginia Beach, VA. I looked them up and they have a completely different number for the business then this. This is not the first this scammer has tried to get me to pay a fake UPS bill.  It started out in Hudson NH  UPS and the so called package I owe $ 283.18 on was paid on April 30, 2021 when it was picked up at their store. They don't have anything at their UPS with my name on it. They told me to turn all correspondence with this into their fraud department and they will deal with it. Now I am getting it from this UPS in Virginia Beach.  This scammers are relentless in getting your hard earned money.

Thry called me and said I owe a bill at a UPS in a state I don't live in and when I called that UPS number they didn't have an account for me, and the tracking number in the package I owe on was paid in full last April 2021. So how can I owe them a bill. So don't comment pay your bills,  when we don't own anything and act like we're the stupid ones.  We know what Bill's we owe and what we don't.

Same got a call from this number said we owe UPS a past due amount.  I'm not going to bother calling back.  My account is on AUTOPAY.

Called our office this morning and left a message. Someone with a thick Asian accent rambled on about past-due invoices and calling them back about payment. Odd that the caller ID listed the number, but said "Unavailable", rather than UPS.

Folks, anyone calling you their caller ID could be spoofed.  The safest way is to call the number directly yourself.
In addition I have called UPS accounts receivables +1-800-811-1648, this number should be the same as on your invoice; and the customer service agent there tells me he can take credit card payments but if paying by checks one must call +1-877-869-7502
Then I called +1-877-869-7502, the agent there can tell me exactly what balance (if any) is for each and every statement, and she can take payments by checks or credit card.
Rest assured although this number is legit in my book, but if you get a call you may want to say "don't bother me, I'll call you back" and call the number on your invoice.  They can transfer you to the department appropriate to your needs.
