Got a call claiming to be USP accounts dept. Wanted to speak with accounts department. I advised them they were not here since I was suspicious right away. Poor English and latent voice processing. said we owed 273 dollars and had our account number.{ ODD] The next day UPS invoice arrived with only 70 dollars due and the account in proper standing. [again odd] Called UPS and was advised I did now owe anything except next months invoice for 70 dollars. Offered no explanation for the caller. the number is 877-869-7502 and if this is a good number consider that cloning a number is child's play today. beware of this call.  Appears from evidence to be a scam.

Received call from 877-869-7502.  Claimed to be UPS.  My gut told me otherwise so I refused to give her any company information.  She then stated we had past due invoices and our account was being reviewed for suspension.  I told her to mail me the invoice(s) and I'd review them.
This call has SCAM written all over it.

Same as above.  Scam call.  We do not have usps account.

This number called and I let it go to VM.  Heavy [***]/Indian accent saying I must call before 6:30pm today regarding my UPS acct, which she did have the acct # for...  I'm not calling, when UPS calls they come up appropriately in my caller ID.

Don't be a racist! They are calling you because they are trying to collect money for the services rendered to you. They are just doing their job. If you don't want to get collection calls then pay your bills, stupid!

I received a call from someone overseas at 877-869-7502 stating that they were UPS and payment was due on past due invoices for shipments.  I told her that me and my husband had no such balance with UPS for any kind of shipment.  I asked her what the shipments were and where are they from, and she started naming people's name that we didn't know. She couldn't tell me what the shipments contained either.  I told her that this was a scam, and that everything she told me was not legitimate.  I told her that she needed to fax me every invoice in detail if these were legitimate charges.  What a bunch of bulls***!!!

Recevied a voicemail asking for accounting to call 800-869-7502, gave our real ups account number and said we needed to call them.  reported it to ups who did not seem to have a clue.

got the same UPS past due message on my vm - but we are up to date with our UPS bills.  Blocked yet another annoying caller!

Received an e-mail to call the number listed above, same UPS scam senario.  My UPS account is paid in full.  SCAM!

If anyone wants to scam someone, this guy is clearly the perfect target.

received a voice mail from 405-384-1399 saying they were from UPS and our account was past due. They said for me to call 877-869-7502. I googled the number they called from and it's been reported as a scam. Called UPS and our account was not late. They called my work number and knew my UPS account number. Do not fall for this .... It's a scam!!!!

Scam call! They claim to be from UPS but they have no information regarding the name of our company or an account number!

Call UPS 800-811-1648 to verify 1-977-869-7502 is a valid UPS number.

Two months in a row our company has received calls from this number.  I personally took one of the calls and immediately it sounded in many ways. They asked me a bunch of account questions, my thought if you're calling me wouldn't you have the information in front of you!?!?! The conversation was awkward, I hung up before divulging any information.

Got a call from this # today. Female caller asked for "accounts receivable."

This call was legit.  Asked for accounting.  UPS...was concerned a shipment made over the weekend was in excess of our normal spend.  Emailed me a copy of the invoice and to reach out if I found it to be fraudulent.

Received an email noting to call this number with our correct new UPS Acct # saying its past due.  Clearly a scam!
