    Not Alexander
Left a message for "Alexander", no Alexander here though. Said they were calling in regards to my "priority one mail", left a tracking number "T425679". Sounded fishy.

    enough is enough
They called me this morning at 8:55am (not even supposed to call before 9am) so right there I knew it was fishy and did not answer.

Left message on my voice mail (was looking for someone that had my exact last name -but that person does not live here). Said she was ADALIA, calling regarding a cheque???...postal something???...(was talking too fast) and asked me to call them back at 905-855-8088, and that my cheque number was T363042. Never mentionned her company. SCAM SCAM SCAM! I have a feeling they are calling everyone with your same last name to make it more real in order to suck you in.

DON'T CALL THEM BACK -they will see your name and phone number if you have call display -that's what they want.

I got a call today at home and the lady was very abrupt.
She did not identify herself or where she was calling from after I repeadedly asked "who are you? where are you calling from and what business" she just kept saying that they had a priority package for me and needed to verify my address. I told them who I was but the person they were looking for had a different middle name. When I asked again very rudely who the hell she was, she hung up. I called them back and same old story....effing idiots! What way to spend your day at work...calling people who are suspicious of you and irritated at the fact that you can't even be legit at what you do....PATHETIC
And yes this was the 877-881-8088 number

They called here also from 1-877-881-8088 and left a message for my wife. She called them back..d'oh. They tried to verify her address, but she would not. They then supplied her with an address that they were trying to send her priority mail to. They said that they have been trying to send her her letter since last October but she never lived at that address in 15 years. She told them that they had thee wrong person and they said OK and that they would remove my phone number from the list. The next day they called again and I answered and told them off. I told them if they called here again, I was contacting the RCMP, Bell and Canada Post. They apologized and said that my number is now removed. They have not called back since.

Called my parents home and left a message (I haven't lived there since I went to university in 1973, so you can guess how old my parents are). Anyway, they got my last name right but used a first name known only to my birth certificate (I've always gone by my middle name.)
Had my mother fooled, the caller had an English accent so mother just assumed she MUST be honest. Mother then called me and gave the call-back number and the "tracking number." She didn't know what company the "lady" was calling from.
I smelled a rat -- actually several rats -- and Googled the call-back number.
That led me here. Great to have a forum like this.

They called and left a message for my daughter who haven't lived with us in about 8 years. the caller give her name to be Collita from Priority-One tracking number T346073 for her priority one mail now sitting in their office. Please call us back at 877-881-8088 and don't forget to quote your tracking number.  Of course I did not tell my daughter about it and I did not call back.  My suspicion is that they are using our children's lastname in hopes of getting to the parents for whatever reason, first thought comes to mind is SCAM!

I got a call on my landline leaving a message, the lady had a heavy accent and I thought that she pronounced my first name very strangely, but last name was correct.

She left tracking number for priority mail and a phone number to call back. I thought it sounded fishy but called back and got a recording at a message centre which did not state the company name. I did leave my work number but for them to return the call, then proceeded to look up this 877-881-8088 number on Google, as it is very strange that no company name was mentioned throughout the whole process.

I guess I'll be hearing from her again on my work phone, but having read up on this website, I'll be giving her a piece of my mind.

Same scenario here. Left message for the previous owners. I asked how they got this phone number and his name? Oh, we just look in the phone book? Well the new phone books are out and his name and my phone number don't correspond.

How do I place a Formal Complaint against this company??

Caller (she) just left a voice mail message for my middle/last name on my cell phone in Toronto, Canada (she didn't say my first name!). She said she is calling for my "priority one mail" and left a tracking number "T475945". She also left a call back phone number 905-855-8088. I did not call them back. Obviously, it's a scam. If they call me again, the next step will be to report to Police and RCMP.

Roland seems to be getting around. I got a call from him too, about Priority One mail (tracking #T297839), and to call back 1-877-881-8088. I was puzzled when I first heard it on my machine; "Why would a postal worker get Priority Post wrong and say Priority One?". These guys are sneaky. If they used "post" in their scam, it'd be a federal offence and the RCMP would be hunting these scammer down. Thanks for this site and for the people on here that are not going to let these guys get-away with this.

Oct. 8. 2009 - A message was left by "Roland" indicating they had Priority One Mail and to call 1-877-881-8088 and left a tracking number.  I did not call the number but called the post office only to find out that they did not call and had nothing there for me.  Glad I
    checked it out.
