they cannot call your work or anywhere once you speak with them and verify your phone numbers and addresses that they are allowed to reach you at. If you have given them or posted you rnumber somewhere they may have it (hello, its the internet) and they will call you. all you have to do is ask them not to use certain numbers, and they refrain from doing so.

AmriCredit is owned by GM Financial. I had bought a used vehicle thru AmriCredit and wondered why GM Financial was calling me. But it was legit in my case.

Don't know who this is, Did not call back. I googled the number and it is from a credit company

Hey guys, while a lot of these are scams this one however, is not! I indeed have an auto loan with AmeriCredit /GM Financial and was late on my last payment. They will call you hundreds of times if you are late. My cell phone even brings them up under harassing debt collector, but they are legit. Just wish I could pay my car off and get from under their slave to debtor tactics!
