Came up Security SRVCS. Left no message. I do not answer calls from unknowns. Nor do I call back anyone who doesn't leave a message. Added them to the Reject Call list for the umpreenth tine. They simply change their number after a time and continue.

That's crazy because I also got a call on a texting app called text free , I only used it once idk how they got my number

I have a galaxy 5.  Go to call log.Touch the 3 dots in the upper right corner.  Select the number.  Touch the dots again.  You'll see an option to add to auto reject list.

Pre-recorded phonecall to my Google Voice line. Same "This is not a sales call" - yes, it is. "You were referred by a ..." - no, I wasn't.

This claims to be on behalf First Guard Alarm, which seems to be more of a "newcomer" to this space since the FTC hit one of the previous  telemarketers in this space.  Let's help the FTC nail this one, too.  Their web site was registered on Apr 2014, so that confirms their relatively fresh presence here. There is no apparent record in the CA SecOfState for this entity, so a few complaints to the CA Sec Of State might be in order. Their business address is 17993 Cowan
Irvine, CA 92614 which seems to actually match Secure 1, which shows as "DISSOLVED", but has a President of "Mike Mavarro", which is probably involved in this new company.

Note that Secure 1 and First Guard Alarm has the same IP address for the web sites (even though Secure 1's is defunct), so again, very likely the same people are behind this.

Despite the agent telling me they are licensed on all States, their web site has states: "Disclaimer: First Guard does not sell or install Alarms in the State of California." - likely due to problems with CA State on their previous business name, and possibly because their business isn't registered in CA.

Call came through my cell as Rochester, PA. Didn't recognize caller. Voicemail only had background noise for five seconds that sounded like a call center. If it's important, leave a message. If not, stop calling me!

Robo call saying you were referred by a friend or neighbor for a security system. I hung up.

Do not want to be bothered by people unknown to me.

I never answer unknown numbers, instead I block them and all the numbers that start with the same exchange, because they have more than one number. :)

got a call from this phone # 878-201-0297  to my cell, during daytime business hrs, I did not anser, they did not leave a msg, I looked them up on the internet- A LOT of complaints fror prank/spam call lately for this # all over the web.

I receive this same call probably about once a month. Before it was more frequent. Each time it's from a different number from a different state so they are either using a spoof or they have many lines with autodialers. either way I block one and then get a call from another number about a month later. frustrating.

They called my preteen kid. Really? Why would a telemarketer be calling numbers belonging to kids? Plus my kids phone is blocked from telemarketers which tells me the people calling are scammers...

Same as everyone, listed as coming from Rochester, phoned my US gov't phone number trying to sell.
