HAVE HAD CALL FROM 888-202-1266 LAST 4 DAY IN A ROW AT 3:25 EST. HAVE NO ACCOUNT WITH  CITI FINANCE.

I got a title loan from them last year @18%, My plan was to pay them back with income tax and not worry about high interest rates.  Yhey had other plans, out of over a $260 monthly payment, only $55 went to the principle. I called them and told them that this was not right and they explained to me that their interests rates worked which is a bit differently that what I was use to. I warned them that they needed to fix it or I would outright not pay anymore.  I guess they thought I was bluffing.  Now they are a bit p!ssed at me because I just sold them my car and it was not worth they loan amount. sure my credit got hit, but it was their greed and lies that have them paying that price.

So I am suddenly getting these phone calls to my personal cell phone from some man at 8882021266, who claims to be from citifinancial. interestingly enough the message he left (the first time, yesterday) is for my significant other's parents, who sure as (bleep) have a different phone number than i do. i have not answered it when it calls, and the second call, today, they did not even leave a message. i REALLY have a problem with being harassed by some entity calling my number repeatedly - and even MORE of a problem with it when my number is not even the number for the people they are trying to reach!!

This happens to me too.

If you have the misfortune to pick up, just say "there is no one here by that name" and HANG UP.  You have no legal obligation to them, and they have no legal rights where you are concerned.  Do not answer any questions, do not call them back.  Don't tell them that it's someone you know; hang up, hang up, hang up.  Don't let them make you part of the process.

they call here and dont even leave a message. three  times in a day is a bit much

I made a payment yesterday with my local branch, over the phone, with my check card, but the automated messages are still calling me. Its very aggravating that I can't get through that phone tree to talk to an actual human being. The girls at the local office are very nice and they have worked with us through several hardships.

I don't know what state you live in, but I know in the state of South Carolina, no collection or telemarketer calls can NOT be made by 8am or after 9PM

I don't know why people get these loans.
You are basically saying you will give them your whole
pay check once a month for 2 - 4 years or ever how long it is.
Stupid! And these people prey on people stupid enough to do it.

I begged a family member to NOT do this.
They did it anyway. Its so hard watching someone make a big
mistake. Knowing its a mistake. but they do it anyway.
How stupid can they be. Thought of abandoning the family member
because of this. You can't fix stupid.

calls every few minutes

Keep calling business line for someone I have asked several times to leave a message or call an alternate number and they say no or hang up on me. Very rude who ever they are!!! They call several times a day and will not stop, I have even told them when to call back in 2 weeks and that still does not stop the 3 or 4 times a day calling.

This is a military installation.  Call came through no one said anything.

I received 9 phone calls in one hour - most of the time they only let my phone ring 2x and then they hand up.

I just don't get it!! Maybe if these people would give people with bad credit lower rates we would be able to pay it off faster and on time!!! This really sucks ~ I am so desperate for a car loan.  I paid Wells Fargo on time for 5 straight years and was never late and they won't' even finance me this sucks!!

This is One Main Financial.  They are awful to borrow from, had I known I would not have taken a loan.  They call when you are one day late and they continue to call until paid.  If you are late, they apply it all to interest and this loan never goes down.  DO NOT GET LOAN FROM THEM!!!
