Received a call and text from this number. Stated: This is a message form Civil Location Services regarding an open investigation pertaining to WILLIAMS, MISTY to verify location information. Please contact the issuer at 888-214-2234 and reference case file 281-00131 to prevent further escalation.

Just received call from someone claiming g to be from civil location service to verify my location. To deliver papers from first equity who I have no idea who they are... gave me this number to call corporate office for detail..reference # 233-00-886.. thinking scam..I have nothing with this company or even heard of them

Left a message with my mother staying I was being summoned to court. Mother questioned him and he began to have an attitude. Stated he was calling on behalf of 1st Equity Alliance.

Called telling me I was being sued for 2,500 for a debt I know nothing about that is 14 years old. He would settle immediately ONLY for the low cost of 300.  When I asked him to provide documentation of the debt he became hostile and began to berate me while refusing to provide me with any written proof.  How can anyone think that after 15 years since doing business with the supposed company I would "take his word".  He became even more infuriated when I explained I had contacted my attorney on the matter who had advised me to request documentation.  If "Mike" with First Fidelity is indeed representing a legitimate business, someone should explain that a person asking for a copy of the documents is not being debt dodger as he put it, it's called being safe !  Who in their right mind would give him bank account info over the phone?

This number called my mother and stated she had a large much of debt for security systems and a home she don’t own. The lady on the line got really aggravated and hostile when asking for proof of address and documentations. Stay safe everyone

Said they’re 1st equity and I’m being sued

Hey so my mom received the same call and information, anything else happen so far ?

Same story as the others but they had my social security number saying they were going to take me to court and said they were sending a certified letter to appear in court. They said it was for a 14 year old debt i never had with bank of America. They wanted me to pay $1000 plus $2000 in attorney fees. I told them I've never had that debt but go ahead and send the letter because id love to see an  actual judge about this. They weren't pleased with that answer.

Also same day called my sons cell phone and told him I was avoiding them and my son told him sorry but not my problem and hung up on them

Called said they were from First Equity Alliance and they were looking for someone in my family. They gave a case # 26100956. I asked him if this was a scam...told him I had looked up a number similar to this earlier and it was a scam.  Then I hung up on him and looked it up here.

They called my cell phone number and my son's cell phone leaving a message (which all our cell phone's are under the same plan which is in my husbands name I might add) saying they are trying to contact my husband/his father about case# 282-00658 with First Eqauity Alliance and that they were with civil location services.  My son thought his dad was in trouble which that alone makes me mad.  My husband called the 888-214-2234 and they said it was a debt with Bank of America of $2500.00 ( which we have been married for 26 years and never have we had a Bank of America account) but if he paid them $300.00 they could make it go away.  He ask for documentation because he said if there is a debt with them then someone is using his identity and they caught will hostile with him and said they have sent documentation several times with no response.  He said well send the documentation to the address you have sent it to prevously via certified mail that way you a signature of has been receiving it because it isn't been coming to me.  They said that wasn't an opition that they would just have the local cops arrest him.  My husband said that would be good considering I am a local officer (which he isn't but wanted to see how they responded to that response)  they hung up immediately and haven't been heard from since and this was 2 weeks ago we recieved calls every day sometimes 2 and 3 times a day.  I have no doubt this is diffently a scam.

Called and text stating they were trying to reach my or my boyfriend. Left messages on both of our phones (sprint). Lady's voice was very suspicious and almost sounded like a voice over. Left different information (addresses on both of our VM). Text said to call back right away it was urgent and escalated to her office.

Got a text from this number 888-214-2234  the number on the text was 424-332-5301 stating that I owe money on a wells Fargo account from 10 + years ago, they wanted to settle this with a fee so that I don't have to go to court and have to pay court fees and lawyers fee

Called and text my husband wanting him to call immediately so that they can locate him. Ignored the call and the text. My husband doesn’t have any past due debts. It does make me nervous that they have his name! However, the cell phone is registered in my name only. SCAM!!!

I receive 2 phone calls to call that 888 #, they left on voice mail. It was urgent and I needed to call that # right away. They gave me a case # also.  The second voice mail they threatened to send information to my place of employment.  I never called the 888 # figured it was a scam.

Received the same (via text) however it was regarding a Melissa  Sanders who I never heard of. I'm thinking of calling the # & just messing with them. This has to be a scam.

Actually the text was from 424-332-5313 but they told me to call this 800 #
