Yup. And a phone call is NOT legal notice of a debt.

This sounds legit except if u took a loan out in 2005 ..no matter who threatens to sue you..they can try to collect but it's past the statute of limitations.  Don't make payments it starts the clock over again

All of the people who replied are warning that it's legit..but then they say you better listen they'll take u to court. Every debt I've read about is 10 or 15 years old.  No layer ..or collection agency could collect on that in court ..it's past the statute of limitations for a civil debt.  I believe trolls who work for them are trying to scare people

If you knew what you were talking about you would know even a top tier lawyer can't collect a debt that's past the statute of limitations.
