The Company is Santander. If someone gives your number as reference they will call you constantly until that person pay them.

Not sure how I got on this list, Not sure how to get removed. Pretty annoyed.

I don't have any loans period let alone for a car.  This number calls but does not leave a message.

There's a large Law Firm literally advertising on most all cable T.V. channels virtually begging people to contact them with info about sandander companies abuse - They have a Class action suite going against thewm RIGHT NOW and WANT to get as many people in on it as possible.
Don't just sit on your backside and do nothing - GET PROACTIVE and make a move against thsese [***] if you want something to change!

Getting Bill Collector Calls for people we purchased our home from back in 2008 this is Sept 2012, most of the Bill Collectors for the Browns have stopped calling after explaining that the house has been purchased back in 08 but there are still some like this company that still insist upon calling 4 years later
Once a day the answering machine gets messages like this auto-transcription below

I have been getting calls and my payment isn't due until the 25th. Had two calls the 15th, one the 16th and one (so far) today! Sheesh!

I don't owe anyone anything - i own my car and my house - no loans at all - no credit card payments - old and on a fixed income - i can't help but wonder if this is a way of robocalling ....pretend youre calling to collect a debt and when someone answers and say's they're so and so they instantly sell that information to someone else?  seems odd that they call people who owe no one anything

I received a phone call at (253) 759-8210 @ 4:45 PM PST.  The caller was near impossible to understand the person was looking for someone named Celise something or other to have her call him back.  Any person using this phone number to set up any type of accounting for credit is doing so fraudulentlywhen we attempted to call the number back the number of keypad pushes with the hope of talking to an truely english speaking person was not possible.  I will not give out my SSnumber over the phone to anyone if I receive another call from you I wnat you to understand this I WILL TURN IT OVER TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL!!!

Someone rang my door bell last night and then ran away. Last weekend, Sept 22, 2012 they rang the door bell 3 times in a row, then I ran out side and I saw a blue sponge bob ball rolling down the street which leads me to believe it was the neighbor kid up to his old tom foolery again. Do you think I should tell his parents?

Actually, Santander is also a creditor. We refinanced our auto loan with them a few years ago. We have never had a problem with them at all. When I was laid off this year after an extended medical leave, all we had to do was call them, explain the situation and they extended our payment. When the first extension ran out, we called again asking for an extension. We were advised to wait until a specific date and call back to request the extension. Although we did start getting a few calls from their collections department, we were able to go ahead and extend the payments out once more. Clearly, this is not the best situation, but it is what we have been dealing with. They have been very nice to us and hopefully, things will be better in 2 months when this extension expires. We only have a few more months left on our loan so we want to pay it off as soon as possible.

This company keeps callig my cell and does not leave a message. I did not recognize the phone number until i googled it...I purchased a car the 1st week in September from Chevy, My payment is not due until the end of October...So why is Santanderm calling me, I have already did a personal phone interview.

I got two of them today.  Of course I don't have any accounts with them and in fact I don't owe anybody any money at all.  She said she was calling for someone, but her accent was so bad that I couldn't understand who she was calling for, I just knew it wasn't me.  I called them back to get them to remove my phone number from their computers and they weren't very nice.

You know, if you're going to call someone at least enunciate clearly so that I can understand what you're saying.  Is that asking too much?  NO!

This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with!!! They are rude, harrassing and not somebody I want to deal with anymore....time to refinance!! My payment due on 15th of each month, they start calling on the 8th EVERY MONTH! and most the time, do not speak any english!

They have called me before I do not have anything financed thru them but if someone you know put you down as a reference when they got their auto financing they may call you in an attempt to get ahold of the person who is late on the payment. In my case both times they have called me has been looking for my former roommate.

Caller ID shows "Drive Servicing."  "Drive Servicing" traces back to Santander, which shows as a company in Fort Worth,Texas.  I recall recently reading that Santander has been sued by the federal government for deceptive/unfair business practices.  Maybe some help is on the way, but until this company learns to play fairly and act professionally annoying calls will continue.  The case will likely drag through the courts for several years.

Pick up your phone when they call. Politely ask them to never call your number again. Don't just hang up, wait until they've successfully removed your number.

Same thing here....I bought a used car a year ago...I paid cash in full and never had a loan from anyone....yet they call me everyday....I don't understand why they call.

Call them and get the customer service dept. if your not late or, don't owe on the loan.
Yeah they are a nagging bunch.
