I don't even know this company, but they still manage to disrupt my sleep every freaking morning.  I would love to call the jerk who put my number on their harrassment list and return the favor.

how come everyone just doesn't refinance your loan with a different loan company of your choice

They ring my phone   2 to 6 times a day.  Either no one speaks when I answer the phone or I cannot understand what they are saying.
I no longer answer the phone when it is this phone number.

These people call me inquiring about other people on a continual basis,  I can't help them and I am not the person they are interested in but they continue to call several times a week.  Is there anything that can be done about this?  They never identify themselves and they make legal threats, they impersonate as the IRS, the courts and claim they are sending the police here.  

Is there anything I can do about this madness?

Calling without leaving message. Constantly harrasing.

Santander Financial. I am financing an auto with them. This was a welcome call from them, to explain how the loan works and bla bla bla.

get call from this number every day. when answer the call ask for frank  doesnot live here and do not know that person  stop call this number but still call me. that it .

Face the truth. EVERYONE who has a loan through this company has bad credit! No matter what you might say IT IS THE TRUTH. If it is not the truth you would've gone to a bank not a finance company for your loan. You can make excuses all you want but you don't pay your debt. Advise, PAY YOUR BILLS, QUIT GETTING THINGS YOU CAN'T AFFORD and establish CREDIT. It's your falt they call and you complain, low class people.

Get off the soap box chum, we need it for the soap. The question here is not about debt, the question is about debt you do not owe. The kind that foreign criminals are trying to extort out of innocent US Citizens.

I have no car loan or payment at all. They call 2-3 times a day and same crap-no one is there!

Unknown caller - hanging up on voicemail - i see some people saying it is a finance company harassing them but i don't owe anyone anything so don't know why they are calling me....

Unknown numbwr called and left a message. Calling me by my last name an then my first name, "This message is for Gl. Bruce, please have Craig H. call us at 888-222-4772". Omfg they called my phone to get in contact with a friend of mine?!

I have absolutely no way of getting a hold of the employee, as this is a construction company and I do not extensionfor field workers to send to, they do not report to the office. All this does is tie up my lines.
Before you call people low class I suggest you learn how to spell 'fault:" dip $hit!
