I started getting calls about a month ago, I have told them I'm not Sherri who they are looking for, and to take my # off there list. I have talked nice to them, I have curse them, and this time when no one would answer, I told them I was reporting them for harassment. They are such f***ing idiots, they don't listen to your greeting, or just plain dumba**. Anybody can put down a phone number whether it's their or not!

These people are calling constantly for different people.
However they call me by name as if they know me. W hen I ask who they are and how they got my number they will say oh, it was used as a reference.

In the last week I have received several calls from them going from one person to the next but always know my name.

I entered the phone number on my caller ID  to locate this company.

Last week I spoke to someone that was going to clear this up and no would call again. Today I spoke with Kenly, who assures this will be taken care of. I reminded him I am on a do not call list.

Who are these people? Why can't something be done about this? This is beginning to frighten me, a lot.

You have continued to call here for the last three months at least once a day and we always tell you the same information..."that person does not work here".  Please quite calling.

This number calls everyday 3 times a day.  Lets me get the full greeting out and then hangs up.

I have an account with them.  It is on auto pay and always current.  I am now getting calls for someone named Mohar.  When I call back and get the auto response it pulls up my very current account.  Very annoying.  I am guessing they somehow have me confused with someone else.

Santander is the company name.  I had made a payment arrangement and I was late calling them by 30 minutes and they began calling over and over again.   They would not pick up when I answered the phone.  I found out who it was because of this site.

I do not know this number nor why they are calling me.  I have no auto loan with Drive Financial.  I want this to stop immediately.

received a call from this number on 7/19/13 at 12:46P.  i did not ans since there was no caller ID.  by reading the info from others who have received calls, i assume it is a collection company or some kind of auto company.  i have not financed a car in the last 20 years, so i do not owe anyone.  i do not have a business relationship with these [***].  And i am on the do not call list.

We have had our car loan with Santander since June 2011. We have had a great experience with them. I feel horrible for everyone who have been treated so poorly. We had a hardship in our family and requested a deferment. Originally, we were denied because we weren't far enough behind in our payment but they worked with us to take partial payment. The following month we only made partial & requested the deferment and we were approved. To get around paying their $10.95 online/phone paynent, we use the bill pay service through our bank and haven't had any issues.

THESE PEOPLE CALLED FOR MY FIANCE' SAYING THAT HE WAS A CONTACT FOR THIS WOMEN AND I CUSSED HIM OUT ABOUT WHO THE HELL IS THIS WOMEN YOUR SUPPOSE TO KNOW THAT YOU SUPPOSE TO CALL ABOUT CONTACTING THEM WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON THEN I CALLED BACK AND THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHO THIS BYRON PERSON WAS THAT CALLED MY HOUSE WHEN YOU CALL THIS SANTANDER COMPANY BACK THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW WHO THIS PERSON IS SO PEOPLE BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!

That sounds very much like harrassment. Keep recordings of the calls you receive from them including dates and time, also include your pmt due date. Jerkwad lenders like thes need to be brought under control and the only way to do that is to build a national case which will force it into a Federal court. Nuf said?

this company started calling me, I don't even know who they are. and the account they are calling on is closed. they really need to stop calling this is harrassment.

These [***] call at least twice a day using different numbers.  This goes on for a few months, and then stops for a few months before restarting.  There is no way you can get them to stop by threatening them, or "pressing 9" to have your name taken off their list.  "9" only confirms that your phone number is still active.
