    Do not call me
This company keeps calling my work phone number and I don't have any business with them. They are trying to reach someone at my number. I work at a hospital and am very busy. They started calling about 1 1/2 weeks ago, several times a day. When I answer with formal greeting, they hang up. I started picking up call and not saying anything. They hang up. Yesterday, I just said "HELLO" and they asked for the person they are looking for. I told them, they are calling a business number at a hospital. The customer service gal said she would put my number on a "Do not Call" list. So, what happens today???? I got a another call... a man who was hard to understand. I said, your company put this business number on a do not call list, if you call me AGAIN, I will report  you!!!!.

Please do not post your personal identifying information on a public website. Santander does not own or monitor this website. Your parents need to contact Santander. They have already been sued for harassment.

Been getting robocalls from this number for weeks asking for "Mary Chase." I'm not her, and never had anything to do with this company, but "Myles" keeps calling with his same drawling recorded message and tells me that they're open until 9PM Central Time. Returning the call sends you to RoboReception where they ask for either a loan number or your SSN, and you can't speak to a human.

I received a call from this number saying that my name was used as a reference. I have no idea who these people are or why they called me. They did not say where they were calling from or if they were calling from a company. I read your posts, I have no car loans! The number came up on my caller I.D. as unknown name, unknown number. I asked the person, Nicole, why the call showed up that way. She said she did not know and would look into fixing it. I do not wish to receive calls from this number and have no idea where they got my name or number. Thank you.

A call came in today from this number.  When I returned the call to that number they asked me to enter my account number, customer number or Social Security number.  I did not have the first two and certainly was not going to enter the third.  I did not understand the name left on the voice mail nor do I have a loan on any cars .

I don't drive don't own a car never will. They have called 3 times in 2 days half a ring and hang up I don't even have time to answer. Guess I'll try blocking the number. If they call from a different one I read something about a law firm in Alabama wanting people being harassed by this number to call them to help with a harassment suit. Might be my next step.

Someone could have used you as a reference when they financed a car.. So they could be calling you wanting to know about that person..

I'm on the Federal No Call list also. Never answered their calls until just a few wks ago because they never left a msg. They never reply to my "hello" so I called them back. They answer immediately. They immediately want to know your name. When hell freezes over, I said. You called me, so what do you want!
Well, we need to know your name so we can find out why we called you.  Isn't my number on your caller ID? Why don't you match it up!!!! Then he told me, that they are a Finance Co. & something about a car.
I told them that I don't want any car or money from them and to stop calling me even on Sundays at 8am. He said, I misunderstand. They named a lady "Charlotte" or something, owing them for an unpaid car. Told them, that's not me and to stop calling. That hasn't happened yet! Have called them back at least 2 more times and demanded they stop calling. They answered, same tactics, asking for your name. I said, you have my number on your display right now and I want you to stop calling permanently. I don't know what their plan is but whatever they say is a complete lie!!!!! Who knows and maybe I'm paranoid, but maybe they found a way to hack into your computer via a phone call. And/or they hope you get annoyed enough to call them back & you tell them your name and more. People, pls. don't give them any personal information!

Don't believe anything they say!!!!!!!!! There are ways to find names that belong to certain phone numbers, even their ages and more. There must be a way to have them stopped. Who know what they are up to.

I have had several of these calls that have left messages.
All seem to be different people.
I can barely understand what they are saying in the voicemail.
I am fairly certain it is not my name.
I am directed to call Santander back.
When I do the message system identifies them as Santander I am asked to enter my customer #, account # or SSN.
I have never had an account with them.
It seems like a phishing scam.
