Call me once to twice a day on my cell phone, do not know who these people are.  When I answer, no one is ever there.

They left a message with me as well  "The purpose of my call, [name of guy I've never heard of] has listed you as a personal contact."   Not sure how anyone got my name and number but I can't help them

I have been trying to get them to take the car back or give me some other vehicle!  The 2015 Chrysler 200 is a joke. We get postcards for servicing because of recall after recall and everytime the vehicle comes back WORSE!!  But can't go through lemon law as long as they are willing to "repair" the issues... Ridiculous. Refuse to pay for a piece of junk!

Haven't made car payments in 40 years. Why would they call an UNLISTED number if it were a legitimate call.

I have no affiliation with this company and they call my cell 2 to 4 times a day EVERY DAY.  How can we stop these people?

Yeah they're awful... We had gotten into a nasty car accident (not my fault) and the repairs took almost 2 months... We lived with family in a very car dependant area and paid through the nose for cab fares the entire almost two months... Needless to say, I didn't have my fill car payment for an entire months time. I made a payment arrangement with santander and specially asked if that  would prevent repo... The rep I was speaking to said "absolutely" and told me I called just in time. It was a Tuesday that the arrangement was made. Friday was the day I agreed to pay in full ($550)... I woke up Friday to my car gone. I called frantic saying that I hadn't even been to the bank yet (wasn't open) and they needed to release my car asap so I could get them their money! I was told the repo was set up as of Wednesday. Telling them to pull the car from Tuesday didn't matter. It didn't matter that I did what I was supposed to do... They set up the repo anyway. They said "repossessions are at managers discretion". Shady company. I wish I had just pulled up my big girl panties and fought them with all I had instead of wallowing like I did (to be fair it was a really rough time for me and my family) because if I got a lawyer, I might still have my car.

I keep getting phone calls from this number and have read that they are a collection agency for car loans. My car has been paid off for many years and I don't understand why they are calling me. Of course they leave no message.

OMG - Tiffany rude - asked for someone that doesn't work here - she used you as reference and we need her telephone number and email - I told her it is against law to give information on others - I asked her for more information - and her reply was it was personal and she would not give me any info.....so I told her .... well I don't have any info on her ...... do not call here again

the calling is getting annoying started around 8 in the morning didn't stop till 8 at night

I've been paying Santander on my RV for 10 years and 3 months on time. Today they call me because I'm 3 days late.
Are you kidding me? Will never use these people again. They do not know how to treat a loyal customer.

This is so true of this company. I co-signed for my son to purchase a car. They call BOTH of us at least twice a day. Every day. Whether a payment is due or not. ever since we purchased this car.

888 222 4227, they call me every [***] day, and speaks Spanish, I don't know what the [***] they talking about

Payment not due until March 1st calling in January.

About a minute ago they call to my house luckily for what I do is pick it up answer it without putting into my ear and say hello I just hit the button goodbye. this will teach them not to call to my house . I do this with all scam callers .

Write them a letter that phone calls aren't welcome anymore. Then get an affordable Consumer Protection attorney who will go after them if they continue to harass you. Keep the logs of their calls and the times they call. Works in your favor.

just started getting these calls everyday on my tracfone so can't block them on tracfone.  Never had any type of connection with this company no car loans right now or ever from them.  Why are they harrassing me???? I just don't answer because then they'll know it's a VALID PHONE NUMBER.
