    Tired of Scams
A message was left by a Justin N (Nolak?) who was supposedly a loan counselor with the student loan forgiveness program.  He said I should call this number so we could complete the application.  If I didn't so so by the end of the day, the application would be closed.  He said if he wasn't available, someone else could help me.  Total SCAM!  -- I was called twice in less than a minute with different messages by the "supposed" same person.  The number that popped up on my cell phone was different each time....one had a 937 area code, the other had a 677 area code.

Same experience as most, but the voicemail I got started in the middle of his sentence so I didn't know what he was calling about and I didn't get his name, but apparently it's about student loans.  He said to call back by 6pm Pacific time to let them know if I was still interested in filling out an application or not... scam.

Definitely a scam. Repeated calls from different numbers all from "Justin Nowack" or variants.
    Calls came from: 305 614 9161 (Feb 12), and 414 509 1908 (Feb 7)
Response number is per this thread.
Called to see if removal from their list was possible but, as I suspected, it was a scam. Responded to "No" to the first two screening questions (about the student debt that I don't have) and the call was dropped.

Got the same message from two different randomly generated numbers, same recording, cut in the beginning, about a student loan (never had one) and asking me to call 888-231-5805 by the end of the business day. Total scam, ignore, ban, and move on!

I got the same call on my cell... It goes straight to voicemail without ringing.  I am not a student, nor have loans.
I called back the number and you get a answering "Virtual Assistant".  If you say "Returning a call" it asks you if your outstanding loan debt is above 100K.  If you say No, it lowers the number.  If you say No again, it hangs up.
There is no way to talk to anyone if you don't seem to have debt... but feel free to lie and harass them.

"Justin" called and left message.  I never called back.  I do have student loans so was irritated by this message and the fact that I had to investigate it.  [***]!

My wife received multiple Calls from Justin as stated above. I called back and was able to get through to multiple people across a dozen calls that I placed to the 888 number and ensured to let them know that what they are doing is wrong and that they have karma to answer. Additionally I told them that the phone conversations were recorded and sent to the FCC for investigation. I look forward to them calling again as this is truly entertainment for me.

Some fella by the name of Justin N in regards to your earlier request to be evaluated for you student loan forgiveness program and the possible low payment options.  It is currently Thursday February 13th and the reason for my call is that we were never able to reach you to complete the application and if we cant do so soon we would just have to close it out so however you want to proceed please let us know no later by the end of business today even if you are not interested in pursing further so that we can make a note in our record to stop the calls.  You can reach us at 8882315805 until 6pm pacific standard time.  If I'm not available when you call, you can speak to any of the other loan counsels in the office and they can help you out just the same.  So thanks and have a great day.  He called from 770-415-1680. From al the messages I've read on this page looks like its a total scam.
