I have received more than one phone call from them...one was from an Atlanta GA area code.  I am going to find out how to report them.  If there is anyone who is NOT in trouble with the IRS...it's me!!!! >:/

got a call today from these people and they gave me a 6 year old adress and i told them i file every year and the real irs has my real address. then they just repeated f you f you f you. i then callem them back and said because of my unemployment i have all day to flood there phone number with calls so i been mass calliing them back  to annoy the llady that answers

Called me left a voice mail wanting me call back. Said I'm being sued by the IRS. Total fraud. IRS uses the postal service to correspond and if you owe them money they use certified snail mail for which you must sign when you pick it up. This is a scam. Report them or ignore them but DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY OR ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFO.

They tried to call me today and tell me about IRS fruad, but the guy had the wrong address and he hung up because he knew he was caught. FRAUD!

I just got a call too from this #, didn't answer bcuz I don't answer #'s that I don't know. They left a message that scared the [***] out of me.  glad to know its not real !!

Said they were IRS needed to pay them or was going to jail. I said good cus I just killed their tailban cousins and they were next for trying to scam Americans. He said all Americans was his target and he had made thousands off of us!

I've never been so heated. They called saying I owe 5900$ and if I don't pay on the phone immediately that they will send a Marshall to my house and arrest me.  Or I can take the IRS to court and if I lose I'd have to pay 70,000$. I told them to connect me to an American who speaks clear English and they say they transfer me to the next supervisor who sounded exactly like the person I just talked to!  They told me to learn to talk properly because it's a recorded line. Nobody will go to Jail this is not the IRS  they are in India in a call center looking for victims to scam and scare. Use common sense the warn others off this IRS scam.

Received basically the same (threatening) message  from 888-275-2231. Automated message told me I was going to jail if I didn't call them back immediately.  Something about me owing taxes and committing some kind of fraud against the IRS. First of all, I  know the IRS doesn't call & leave automated messages. 2nd., I would have (probably )received a certified letter from them but most importantly I  don't play with Uncle Sam or his money, so if you have received this same type of call....DON'T call them back! It's a scam.

also got call,s saying i was in trouble with Irs,and to wanted info i called someone in goverment and they said it was fake call.

received calls from two different numbers. I don't pick up from numbers I do not know, let both go into voicemail. Both left similar automated messages 888-275-2208 and 872-204-8137

Scam.....When you call back they ask all kinds of questions (personal), if it was the IRS they would already have the information.

Why would you call an unknown number back? By calling them back you just verified for them that yours is a "good/working" number and now you will receive more worthless calls from this and other numbers. *67 does not work on toll free numbers.
