I got a call from a blocked number and was given a case number and was advised to call this number "regarding a legal matter". I got worried and quickly called. I dont like how they dont identify them selfs when answering the phone, so you dont know what business you are calling, or who you are speaking to. At first the man on the other line was friendly, and advised me that I was being sued regarding an old debt from a credit card company. I originally owed 300.00 to the company, well that turned into 3,000! I was advised that i would be served at my home the following day. The guy told me that if I didnt pay 1500 by the end of the month, I would receive a 35% earnings levy, possible seizure of my vehicle and bank account. When I asked him if there were any payment plans we could work out, he said the only thing he could do was collect the 1500 by the end of the month. When i told him i was unable to make such a payment, he again threatened my assests. I told him ok do what you have to do, and he said "are you stupid!" i asked to speak to a supervisor and he said he didnt have one and thats why he could speak to me however he wanted. I then hung up on him.
I called back later to see if i could speak to a better represenative, however it sounded like the same person. Again, rude, and unwilling to work anything out with me.
I had no idea of an address or business name so i looked up the phone number online which led me to this site. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, and I am attempting to file one with FTC.

They called me a while ago.  I already know they are a scam and my attorney has told me what to
do.

It's a scam operation.  They are not a legit operation.  They harass people, family members and employers.  They'll harass anybody who has ever come into contact with the person they claim owes them money.  This is ILLEGAL.  This con artist operation does not have legit claims against anybody (if they did, they wouldn't have to bully and harass the person).

The best thing you can do, if you are a VICTIM of these con artists, is report any info they give you.  The names they use (though are all aliases) and especially phone numbers.  Report them to you local police department re: harassment.  Report them to the FCC and FTC. Report them to the Attorney General's office.

The person who owns this is a Thai Han.  Unless he sold it to another con artist.

Ok - people - read all of the messages on this board.  YOu will see they are NOT legit.  Legit companies are not legally allowed to bully and harass people.  IF you pay them, you are opening yourself up for more scams.

Report them to your local police department and file a complaint against them for harassment.
