Call came in, and, since I didn't recognize the number, I let it go to message -- and one was left! No one spoke, but there was unintellible talking in the background (a woman's voice), rock music playing, and a sound of crumpling, as though the receiver was being held against someone's ear by a shoulder.

This number called repeatedly throughout the day. I called the number back and got a message saying it was a company conducting a survey regarding green business practices and since they could not get a hold of me they contacted someone else. Yet they still keep calling.

Same thing as JPW - call, no message and when I called back missed a survey (darn! - NOT!).  They have called once a day for a week.

They have been calling me at random intervals for two days. It's really pissing me off; I hate being interrupted in the middle of work to have no one there.

We've gotten 5 calls in Texas from this number & we've never answered. On 4 times, no message. One time, there was unintelligible talking (language unidentifiable) with someone speaking Spanish in the background.  All August 12 & 13. Just got the 5th (a hang-up) 15 minutes ago.

Yet another one to my number on the Federal DNC list...

Dozens of calls to my private (FCC-verified 'do not call') number. Five calls today. I never pick up and they do not leave a message. I want these money-grubbing, nasty jerks to die a slow, painful death... all alone. And I want my carrier (AT&T) to track them down and help prosecute them into a prison cell.

Calling for over a week, multiple times per day and no message left. I finally picked up. There were many voices in the background. A young lady asked to verify my company name. I simply asked her to remove me from her call list and hung up. Very aggravating.

Called three times yesterday.
The survey recording is to deflect legal action.
Today I answered and told the person to take my
name off their list...that they called three times
yesterday. And the guy says "Is this ______Graphics"
(the name of my company) and I hung up.

This number appears to contact phones it perceives as business numbers,
I believe.

After they called me six times yesterday, I decided to pick up today. The connection waited (a long silence) until I said "hello." An Asian woman said "I have to ask you some questions about your business. Are you still located at -- " and she named my PO Box. At that point I just hung up.

I also have received calls to my DNC number numerous times per day for several days this past week. Always let it go to voice mail and they leave no message. I answered today with "Hello" [rather than business name] and got silence.

I've been receiving calls repeatedly from this number. I thought it was someone spoofing me. I Google this number to see what company it belongs to. I'm not sure why they are calling. Just like others have said they don't say anything when I pick up. I don't know how to get rid of these people.

888 288 7668  Phone rings SEVERAL times a day.  Same info as others reported.  Either no answer, silence on other end, or stating that survey is being conducted but have called someone else.  Internet reflects number is listed to Heritage Chimney Sweep.  First call today was at 9 A.M. ON SATURDAY MORNING!!!  Yes, I am tired of getting up and walking to my phone, too.

Have been receiving this call daily...no message.  Called twice this morning, nobody on the other end.  I tried calling the number back and got the message "This number is not in use".

Yeah, they call our business too, wanting to ask questions about our business and quickly start there questions, before you can interrupt them.  She couldn't even say the name of our company, correctly.  When I questioned "Beeding"?  She said the name again.  I asked which Country she was from, since she could not pronounce Bedding.  LOL  She replied 'Florida'.

Needless to say, I told her that her company needs to learn our English language and go back to whatever Country they are from.

Makes you all wonder in this tight economy, people being jobless, why it is so hard to hire an American, to do the job.

The carriers will never stop this - they get paid cold hard cash to let these parasites call...
