Calls up to 4x per day, from just after 8am to just before 8pm. Leaves no message, I don't answer.

They started calling 2 YEARS ago..claiming I owe 300 on a Master Card. Then it went up to 367 Dollars within a Month.  I initially told them that the MC I have had for 12 years is paid in FULL every billing cycle. They said the debt is owed to Citi Bank, but Citi is also the issuing bank on my current card, and they confirm all debt is paid monthly in full. However, since initial contact in 2014 by Midland, I get an average of 20 calls per month.

They call five times a day and ask for a Ramon no is at are number.

Indian man called ex-husband's family telling them they had papers to serve me with.  After numerous attempts and scaring these folks I said give them my number.  Indian man called and continues to call with very important business for me.  I ask him who he is and Company name and he repeats he has someone waiting to talk to me.  At one point after requesting serve me and do not call me, I spoke to the person waiting to talk to me.  This man was rude and refused to tell me if he was a Lawyer..as he threatened to serve me papers.  I said serve me papers..and he said so you don't want to settle this? I said serve me I'm not hiding if you are a Law firm serve me and I'll see you in Court.  Man got angry and said I refuse to own up. I explained the debt he was talking about was 7 years ago which was paid....so I would love for them to take me to Court since the Statute of Limitations has passed and there is no debt...he hung up.  Did not receive call again for about a month now they have started back up.  Waiting for next one so I can record. I have asked them to send me a letter showing debt and dates of debt and they have refused.  I am now requesting for second time to stop calling my number as it is my work phone.

This number keeps calling my phone and when I answer it tells me to please hold.

Ridiculous - after complaints and legal rulings they persist - just got my daily call, early Sunday morning. Shouldn't these criminal racketeers who think they are accountable to nobody, be stopped in their systematic harassment, strong-arming (for non-esistent debt) and violating orders?

Yes they are now calling multiple times every hour. They leave no message. I just blocked the number.

Calls constantly all day long.  Never talks.  Never leaves a message.  Very, very, very annoying.

thank you for giving me three days off. Started again only earlier! 8:02 this am. Can't block because I am with AT&T. I did report to NCDA.

Have gotten 15 calls from this "unavailable" number in the last four days.  The calls start between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM when my husband and I are stil sleeping!!  Called Verizon today to try and block this call.  I was told that 888 numbers are "not in their blocking system yet" !!!  I am muting my phone tonight.  Even the FCC can't do anything about it.  So angry, frustrated and totally pissed off!

i get call over 4 times a day no message either ,only hang up is really annoying

8:52 today! I guess when they couldn't get a response at the old times now they are trying new.
Pretty bad when you pay for a service and you don't have any control how you use it.
