They call so many times back to back, even past 9pm!  Today morning 4 times!

call 3 times in 2 hours and never left a message

They call a the time day night early late and Sundays at least 30 times. Sounds like the Indian from many other calls. Often asks for my daughter by name uses first name last and last name first. Also recognize voice from another collection agency.

Good am! I got my wake up call at 8:52! It is like looking at the obituaries to see if I am still alive.

This number calls every day. Today they have called twice in one hour. If this is a debt collector, I wish they would stop ccalling. I pay my bills on time. Plus they never leave a message. Sometimes I pick up the phone and hang up on them.

These idiots are calling every hour.

They call my daughter about me, regarding debt that I don't have/owe.

We live in the same town and since she is recently married our last names are connected, so she is getting the calls because they don't have my number. They are trouble makers who are also scam artists trying to collect on non-existent debt or debt so old it's to late to collect on it. If my daughter blocks them, they just call from another spoofed number.

They have called me 29 x in the past week alone. As if there persistence means I am going to talk to them or give them money. No one is going to give money to someone who has relentlessly hounded them. They are obviously a snake outfit, not legitimate.

They're calling twice a day.

Repeated calls. No message and no one at other end when you answer the phone.

Multiple calls a day often with no one on the other end or tell them to put my number on the do not call list but still getting multiple calls every day.  They refuse to say why calling.

A so called debt litigation company called alexander bernard and assoc has been harassing me and 6 of my family members (who do not live with me) about a $500 debt to a bank from 2010. I called said bank, they said I owe nothing and that this sounds like a scam so I didnt call back. And then all over the calls started again after 2 days . This company continued to call me and leave threatening messages that if payment was not received someone would be out to serve me legal papers. They left this same message on the 6 family members cell phones and answering machines. I do have a copy of this call from my answering machine. They said I would be served at 1-5 and so I answered and  the courier service and they would not give me their name or address and repeatedly apologized for all of the things they were doing after I told (cussed them out really)them I looked on the FTC website and calling and threatening messages and said they would not contact my family again,then transfers me back to Alexander and Bernard.I yelled at this guy for all of the threats and he told me I owe this debt, that I must have missed it on my credit report and that they take it off before they sue me.Ive checked my report every year and never saw this on there. I tell him I will call bank again and call him back today.I did ask for a verify email and the address. Got email, I cannot verify this litigation service or the company I owe. Called bank-nothing comes up. so I never called back because I really feel like im being scammed but I dont want to owe something and not pay it. What should I do??

Just called. No message. First thing I did was google the number, first hit was 800notes.

There is no one here by the name they ask for but they still keep calling and before 9:00am. I have blocked their number and able to also block the phone ringing when they call. Maybe they will stop. I don't hear them at all.

constant calls. Pick up phone, nobody answers. All my bills are paid.

To liberal Mary who believes pass a law and it will stop. Scammers like criminals don't care about the laws
