- joe shmoe| 1 replyThe caller is some thick accented moron from Allied Interstate. I repeatedly asked for his name without disclosing any information. Then advised him that since I have his name I would file a complained with BB and if I receive another call my next call will be to my lawyer and I will file a suit against his company along with him personally for harassment. I don't know what the [***] is going on nowadays that these garbage scam artists think they can collect on debts over 10 years old. There's a little thing called a statute of limitations, now my old debt will become a lawsuit against you!

- SYLVIA replies to Patriciaallied interest debt!!!!!!!! I do not have any debt.
- Robert ArthurI get calls from this number up to 5 times a day - caller will not disclose who he is & why hes calling without me verifying my personal information, which thus far I have refused to do.
- DianeI received a call from this number on my cell and he said my first name. I said hello several times and he hung up.
- E. replies to MarieA company can only go after you if it has not gone past the statue of limitations, which varies by state. Most states limitation is 5 - 7 years. Contact the FTC with the information. Get the address, phone number from the caller as if you were going to send them some money and turn them into BBB. Also go to the 3 three major credit reporters for free every year at www.annualcreditreport.com to check your information. Also lock your credit report so other companies cannot get your information.
- Monica CantuI got a call from some foreign man asking me for my middle name!!!! To top it off, he did not say what company he was with or state his name! Does anyone know who this person is and if so, what company are they with.
- Monica replies to joe shmoeI got the same call!!!! I am not sure who that person was but he did not give his name but wanted to know my personal info. He sounded like he was from India!
- KeyzgerlI started getting calls on my cell from this number last week. I don't answer numbers that don't give a name. Since the number never leaves a message, I figure it's not that important for them to be contacting me. I don't worry about "mystery" callers.
- autumn replies to Patriciai just got a call to day form a man looking for my husband to. he said he could not tell me what it was related to. i told him not to call my phone again. this was the second time today he has called today. this man had a thick accent and couldn't understand him

- Pizdoff Anredytofight replies to LenI totally agree with the guy who says we should stand up for our rights and file a complaint/a suit or whatever it takes in a court of law to stop these people! It's harassment what they are doing and to top it off they are getting away with it! My story is I got a new phone and was issued a new number that apparently belonged to someone who did not pay their bills. I have told umpteen callers I am not that person and I have had this number for a year and a half and they continue to call daily, call several times a day using various numbers, they are foreigners-sound middle-eastern, they are rude, they do not follow the calling guidelines established for debt collecting, they dont listen, and I've had it with these mthrfkrz.
- AnkimoI sued these morons under the FDCPA - TCPA law two years ago. Guess what? The calls have started again.
Can't wait to sue them again. Easy money for me!
Are you listening, Allied???
Please keep calling! I need a new dishwasher.
Funny thing is, they're not even looking for me. I'm baiting them. It's just too easy. LOL.- Caller: Allied Interstate
