dnalnn - Call me at the office (1-888-333-9801) & I can answer any questions you have.  The only way I can call you is with an entry form signature or an internet sweepstakes where someone has checked the "I Agree" buttton.  Believe me, I have done it myself & received unwanted calls.  Simply ask to be removed from the calling list & you would never get another call.  Oh, by the way, if a person changes phone service or "bundles" services such as phone, internet, & tv you would be off the National Do Not Call List for up to 30 days.  Like I said, call me if you want and I'll be happy to help you or answer any other questions.

The company only calls off actual entry forms.   If there is a signed entry form the National Do Not Call list does not protect you from the calls.  You should have read the back of the entry form before signing it.  No one at this company uses the words "FREE" or "WON".  The scripts says...

Hi this is, ________with DCM.  You entered a drawing of ours recently.  Your name has been drawn to receive great gifts.

Where people are getting that they are told they WON something is all in their heads.

Call the toll free number 1-888-333-9801 and find out for yourself.

Someone left a message saying that I entered a contest for a new car or $25k but I won the monthly drawing instead. They wanted me to call 888-333-9801 x 505 but I looked online to see if it was a scam. Sounds like it is..I blocked both phone numbers.

Give these people a break. They are not asking for money or credit card numbers. They are just working to get by like everybody else. At least they are not leaching off the taxpayers on welfare!!! Think about that the next time you get call or maybe you like paying for lowlifes on welfare sucking up government handouts!! Everybody needs a job and if it's legal then shut your mouth and don't answer the phone. This company called me and they are honest and friendly.

    Phone  Call
I received a phone call from this number today and as soon as they knew I wasn't interested, i.e. I asked them WHAT I would have to do to receive the prize even thought they told me on the phone I already had won.  Yes, you have to go listen to them before receiving, so they should tell you that upfront.....not that you've won a prize and oh, yeah, by the way you have to go listen to their presentation....no way jose.  As soon as they knew I knew what this was about, the lady on the phone was extremely rude!!!  Glad I didn't agree to their presentation.....

I didn't get a call from the 888 number, got a private number listed to Carla. Two missed calls today, busy tone when I call back. I know for sure I have not entered anything, anywhere, anytime. I am adimant about solicitation calls and "never" enter anything just for that reason. And a time share sales pitch, free gift or not, IS a call to sell you something, whether on the phone or later, it is what it is!

Okay, I just verified with the National Do Not Call that my number is indeed in there and has been valid for years..and I did not, do not, and will not fill out any forms anywhere at anytime. I don't do that. You have called me twice today and will not answer when I call back. That's okay, it's on my caller ID and your phone bill. I have filed a complaint, and will continue to, each time you call. You better check your procedures again, cause you are lyng through your teeth. Who would want to buy anything from someone like that. Try honesty and fair advertising, it works much better. And yes, I own a time share and love it, but I chose it.

Today is Aug 1st, 2010 and I earlier received this same phone call from "Barbara." Only, my Caller ID says it was from "Carla Colwell." I don't know who either of you are, nor care if you're offer is legit or a total scam, I only care that you're telling me I won something -- but only vaguely alluding to what it is. If you want me to call back, how about some more details? Please, the next time you call, how about telling me exactly what it is, how I receive it and whether or not it will cost me anything to collect my winnings. Then, and only then, I'll return your call. Thanks, Me

Okay so I'm in Portland as well and am getting repeated phone calls from here and I am positive I NEVER filled out any "free offer" forms. I'm well aware of the consequence of filling out these "sweepstakes" forms and NEVER do it.

Also fortunately my Tel company actually creates a transcript of the voicemail. Here's the relevant potions "your lucky name has been selected to receive a terrific gift congratulations. Please contact me right away at 1-888-333-9801 ......  Ask for Kimberly. ......This gift is on hold for a limited time. Congratulations and enjoy your gift " - If THIS is not an indication of having won something I'm not sure what is??????

This is unsolicited and false marketing.....

How did they get your work number and name?  Pull it out of a hat?  No.   You put it on an entry form somewhere.  These telemarketers aren't mind readers.  How would they get your information i.e. work number or cell number?

That's bull because I don't use this phone number on any registration forms, I have another phone for that and you called me on a phone that is not used anywhere so you use auto-dialers.
