This number 888-347-2365 called and left a message without the name of whom they were calling for, which is a Red Flag already. The message gave a name of James Howard with the District County Arbitration & a claim number given. And I have 48 hours to respond as a threat as well. My number is on the Do not Call list and this is outrageous scaring innocent hard working American citizens, like myself trying to provide a descent living for my family. The last thing I need is a threat of my rights in my home. I hope Kharma puts these people behind bars for disturbing the peace. I will NOT let people like this take away my freedom or rights! America be for warned, people are being victims from these Scammers and enough is Enough!!! Do NOT fall Prey to their calls or messages! I believe in Justice and may justice be served!!

James Howard says he is calling from district court arbitration for possible litigation pending against you and to call back 888-347-2365 within 48 hours. I don't owe ONE cent, these people are mentally disturbed.

I received a call from  James Howard at this number today claiming it was a District Court Arbitration (from an unnamed district) contacting me regarding a potential litigation against me, and I was told to call back with case number 532179 within 48 hours. The call actual came from the phone number 603-513-0364, but the 888 number was the phone number left in the voicemail message. I tried calling the 888 number to find out how they got my phone number, and it went directly to a voicemail that said "due to a high volume of calls we would appreciate it if you left a voicemail and we will return your call as soon as possible". I made the mistake of leaving my name and then the case number, and said I wanted to know how they got my phone number and what this was about before I gave any information. I then tried calling the 603 number back, and I asked for James Howard - I got an informal voice that just said "OK, please hold a minute ma'am' and then put me on hold for almost a minute, when I hung up. I hope they were not able to geo-locate me because I stayed on the line so long.

Received call from "District Court Arbitration" 7/09/13.  I will not respond until a get an official notice from my "county of residence".

This # 888-347-2365 is really starting to TICK me off. I have a pay as you go phone and they're wasting my time and money theirs! They call every 19 mins. today. Let me ask you would you pay a fee (50.00) for a cancelled appt. with a Dr.? I called them before the 24 hr. requirement, but they do not believe me. All I can say is bite me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

856 581 6319 Same line from  same guy  36 hrs to prosecute "County Arbitration"bla bla...  When I refused to give this caller my SS# she hung up. These people are fishing for info beware. I am on the no call list.
I called Verizon and they blocked the number and added number to fraud list.

They are going to put me in jail and some black guy by the names of Mr Howard is the DA waiting for me I said to them FU and hung the phone up it so sad that older people are getting scammed by they africans

Have received at least 7 calls from "James Howard" over the past several months.  Always leaves the same callback number of 888-347-2365 regarding a "case no" and an alleged debt.  Says he is from local district court arbitration.  I live in the Los Angeles area and work in a law office.  Believe me when I say the district courts do NOT ever call anyone or threaten anyone.  Definitely a scam but extremely annoying.

I have received the same call.  They started calling on 4-2-14.  The funny and ignorant thing is that the first phone call was placed at 12:57 pm and was 8 seconds.  The person calling said their name was John Myers and his words got lower and lower and he decided to hang up.  He called back at 12:59 pm saying his name was Drew Davis.  The same voice and all!

 called number, did not give them reference number ,ask if they could look it up with my name. they needed the number or they could not help me. a real process server can look you up ,by name right?

the caller ID showed a local number 327-4829 or 327-4tax.  duh.  Suppose to call like the others 1-888-347-2365 with a case #.  Spam call.  Any government agency would send you a bill in the mail.
