6/04/19 13:36 PDT  Never trust "888" area code calls.  Don't bother to answer.  As usual, this one left no message.  Today has been replete with unwanted calls.  This one erased, like all of the others.

ROBO CALL - "Cathy Jackson from Microsoft refund department" I am due a refund on my software before they shut down - need to call this number right away!

Caller said that I was due a refund because the company was ordered to shut down and to call back.

Same as above saying that I had a computer tech support months ago and the company was ordered to shut down and I will get a refund. Ask me to call this 888-368-3518 number.  Scam..

Received message saying the company is closing and want to return my money.  Yea right

This message started out with something like this company is closed; call to get your money refunded. Then  gave their number. This is a scam. I did not even pick up the phone.  BEWARE!

Same as JR, robo call wanting to refund us since Microsoft is shutting down. I know there are some dimwits living among us, but how stupid do they think people are?

Says their company is closing and they owe me money.

Same robo call. This has to be the 20th time in the last six months I got the call. I called back a few times. After the first time, it never rang again, it went to busy. I guess they blocked me! ROFL!!!

Got a call said her name is Jackie and my computer is infected  with a virus call the number back. I hung up.

I received a call today and left a message - That the company has to close, never said a name, just for me to call that my money will be refunded

Same as erika...robo caller left message that company was closing and I was due a refund. Guess I'll be blocking 888 numbers now.

Same old scam been going on for years. They don’t think, they know there are stupid people who fall for this crap. Otherwise, they wouldn’t try.
