ok so the toll free number 8883931379 has the RESPORG Lytel DBA LCI their number is 8008601020
The RESPORG is the responsible organzation meaning they control the toll free and you can place a complaint for it but they are not the ones actually calling or sending the faxes

I've tried calling this number several times the last few days to cancel these annoying faxes and the message says the number is disconnected.  Wasting my toner and paper with their fake ads.

this stupid thing - I began to wonder if it is a scam - I have a toll-free number which is somehow identified to the Chicago area because the service is in Chicago (no matter that I am in a different state). isn't there a way to put a stop to this? I have no idea how they got my number!

Some time, just for fun, call them, talk to them for a long time, ask lots of leading questions, talk to them for a long time, get their hopes up, and then drop them like a rock :)

If everyone would call the number on the fax it would waste their time and productivity. That would make it less profitable for them and perhaps they would quit with the faxes.

This telephone number, as noted in some of the previous messages, is listed on a junk fax "Airline Travel Program" and similar junk faxes offering "deals" to Hawaii, Cancun, or Dominican Republic for "only $199 pp" (I imagine the pp means prepaid.)

This is the number to call to "remove" your fax number from the list. Calling it and inputing your fax number probably will result in your receiving MORE junk faxes. This has been our experience.

We have recently received reports from customers of fraudulent faxes claiming to be from Delta Air Lines. These faxes are being spammed to offices and vary in their wording, but may have one or more of the following:

•Contain the Delta logo on the page.
•Purport to be from the HR Department.
•A reference to Airline Travel Program / Land Package.
•Various offers of air, hotel, and meal packages are listed.
These faxes did not come from Delta and the offers are not valid from either Delta Air Lines or our partners. We understand that these faxes are unwelcome, and Delta does not market its services via fax. We are working to identify the parties responsible and stop the faxes from being sent.

It's a bogus fax removal number. It's phony, just like the company.  This is a complete SCAM.
They love to piss you off then laugh in your face. Don't waste your time with them.  Apparently these guys are smarter than the US government because they can't be stopped.

Its funny, I called them four times just to waste their time, like my toner.  They make a point of hanging up very quickly and with a very loud hangup.

The only thing to do is get everyone to stop using faxes, they will go away soon

Received the unwanted fax for "vacation deals from US Airways".  Gave the logo and all.
We're on the do not call list.
I did call the fax removal number listed.
I also called US Airways.  I realize they're not actually the ones sending out the fax, but if they're truly interested in their potential customers, perhaps they should get involved to get the scammers out of our lives.

I just got one of these and wonder whether it might be fun to try this == call the number and NOT hang up... my hazy recall is that the line then is left open - yours, yes but theirs too.

Or you could do the following ---

    · Report actual or attempted fraud to the National Fraud Information Center, 800-876-7060, M-F, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., or at www.fraud.org. That information will be transmitted to law enforcement agencies;
