Delbert called me and left me a message how important it is for me to call them well I had no idea who they were. I returned the phone call and left the person a message but now that I know who they are I will not take any more call from them.

Although they say they are Delbert Services Corporation, they are connected to CashCall.  The person who is listed on the last CashCall letter I received, is also the same person on the Delbert Services Corporation letter I received.  Since CashCall can't get in touch with me, they are trying to get through to me by using Delbert Services Corporation.  It has been 6 yrs since my debt with CashCall and I have 1yr to go before they can no longer pursue this ripoff debt.  I have paid them what I feel I owe and then sum.  I am not paying their ripoff rate of 99% for the loan.  Our government should'nt allow these types of loans.  I paid back my loan of $2,500 at a rate of 29.99%.  I refuse to pay a penny more.

So, I got a call from 888-400-7750 calling my work place.  The front desk supposely asked the caller whose is calling what is regarding the caller just hung-up and said he will call the cell phone instead.

You agreed to their terms when you accepted the cash. Pay your bills and live up to the agreement you made sociopath.  Your no better than a common criminal, you're stealing. Thief

The caller ID on my cell phone said 916-915-1371.  I almost answered since it's a local area code calling.  I let it go to voicemail, could barely understand the lady and the name of the business.  I have no business with CashCall so I'm a little curious as to why they are calling me.  Needless to say, I will not be calling them back.

I beleive that's called a 400% mark-up Which IS akin to loan sharking and loan sharking is illegal, they only get away with it because they are on the reservation (different laws)

Hi there I have recieved s letter from the same company,  It's a collection plain and simple.  I will say that People do have things that come up and are not able to make the payment. But Having the ammounts blown out of proportion, is silly.  Any one will get more flies with honey rather that vinager.   Ehh!.  

Lesson well learned.

If ou settle one loan and go to litigation, them by law ou dont have to pay the other ones. LOOK INTO IT

I received the same letter no name just diebert services.
I also paid what I owed but like you say they want way more.
They say if I dont answer they are going to file and get a judgement against me.
Can they do that? Or should I just ignore them.
I dont want to receive judgement papers against me that say I owe this by or I go to jail.
Did they threathen you as well with judgement and such?

88-400-7750 is calling me with recordings.

A family member took out a loan in for 2.6K and has repaid 1.7K+.  They say 8.238K is what it will take to pay it off, but will settle for half in a lump sum if paid and confirmed by months' end.  Interest rate is nearly 140%.  I could use any advise possible.  HELP!
