I am getting calls from the same people asking for my cousin. I tried to look them up online but can not find anything. Have you tried looking them up? If so
, did you find anything?

I keep getting calls from these people don't know who they are 2x in one week.

I keep getting calls from this number, but you can't understand the name of the person they are looking for.  I returned the phone call to try to clarify what it is about, but got voicemail.  Anyone know who this "Brennan and Weisman" is yet?

They call my mother in law, and our neighbors. I had a problem with Vanderbuilt and associates, here is the # for them from this site,  (https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-877-248-7281) but I filed with the BBB and they stopped. This brennan and weisman seems the same to me. Both in orlando FL, coincidence?

i got a call yesterday and at first i thought, it was for my student loan, and then i called in and it had to do with a defaulted mortgage loan that i had, the man helped me and gave me a 25% settlement that post dated for when i receive my tax return, faxed me a settlement letter for our agreement, pesky contact method however they seem to be good at what they do.

They called my wife's cell and aske for someone else. they are randomly calling. i think this is a scam. I plan to report them to the States Attourney.

Call the number and push 0. They give you a real person and then you can tell them to stop calling!

received call from this company, they are looking for someone other than me. Called company and spoke with a very nasty person ("Jacob") on the phone and told them to stop harassing me as I am not who they are looking for. Told them I would be calling the BBB and he said he didn't care.

I reported the name & number to my State's Attorney General's office - most likely a SCAM.  I have gotten several calls (on my CELL PHONE) from different phone numbers, called my Attorney General, and every unknown number I have reported has been a SCAM.  If it happens again, I will have the number blocked from my phone.  Also, I am putting my cell number on a "Do Not Call registery".

yep, they keep asking for stefan powel.  every day for a week now.  can only get to voice mail.

I received a voice mail message from this number on 2-12-13 claiming I was involved in a lawsuit and needed to return the call. They provided the reference number 4065431.
I returned the call within a few minutes.  A man answered the phone only saying "hello" -- no company name.
I began explaining why I was calling and started to give the reference number only to be hung up on in mid-sentence!
I have received two more calls from this number, but did not answer.

Seems to be a SCAM here.. the only Brennen and Wiseman listed on the internet is located in England and has nothing to do with collections or being a lawyer

Had the same experience of repetitive calls saying "asset and liability investigation", time sensitive, litigation pending . I never call back on these things but got sick of it every day. First i got fax machine, then a man who said hello only and hung up on me when I complained about repetitive calls for Tamberlian Rogers, then a more official -sounding female operator who looked up my number, said the call was for Kimberly Rogers (not me or anyone I know) and she'd take it out of system in 24 hours. We'll see. I favor the collection agency hypothesis. Shameful tactic. Definitely harassment.

Brennen and Wiseman Calling everyday sometime 3 times a day. Saying they are calling about litigation for my neighbor. I've called back and left message with no responce. So called back again today and Mr Price tells me my own # saying its my neighbors. Look I know my own # its been the same for 17 years. Mr Price hung up on me. So I called back. He hung up on me again. Now Mr Price at 888 407 2065 EXT 0316 wont even answer when I call. So I leave him a nice long voice mail. Im going to call him everyday my 5 times or so... Wanna join me?

i've gotten calls too,the name they say in the message is dustin g forrester.  don't know this person or have any idea what this could be about!  the call makes it sound as though this person owes me money.

confusing! it's a recorded message and cannot tell what the actual purpose of the call is!  call made it sound like this person owed me money
