Got a cell phone call  and a recorede message from Brennan and Wiseman asking for Heather Pordellow. Caller stated Brennan and Wiseman was hired to do an asset and liability investigation on Heather Pordellow, this was a pre-mitigation call. Gave a reference # of 4080946. Called the phone number back, the person (a female) would not identify herself asked me if I was Heather, when I said no she immediately said she would remove my number and hung up on me before I even had a chance to say anything else. I found it very upsetting son I called back. A male answered, would not identify himself, yelling at me not to call anymore, that my phone number was removed and again hung up on me. This is some kind of strange scam.

They called me, my Mom, my Sister, and my job. Never could talk to anyone there

"Brennan and Wiseman" has left several automated messages on my two-week-new mobile phone asking for "Cordarius Cook".  A file number was left along with the message.  I called them back, dialed "0", and was promptly transferred to an agent.  I told the agent that I had received several messages for someone who must no longer own my phone number.  The agent was kind and removed my number from his database (or at least made a record that "Cordarius Cook" no longer owned the number) while we were still connected.  The agent was cordial and even laughed at a slight joke I made on the phone.  We wished each a good day, and that was the end of it.

Continues to call my home looking for my mother whom I do not have contact with. I called back and was transferred to a representative who answered only with a hello and hung up on me in mid-sentence. I will be filing a harassment complaint if they persist.

Received several robo-calls from Brennan & Weissman looking for a Nina Day who I do not know and has never been at this address.  (House has only had two owners since built in 1978.)  Called back, auto recording picked up and phone remained silent afterwards.  No person picked up.  Called back again, same thing happened but got someone to pick up after hitting zero.  After stating I did not know a Nina Day, they said they would take my home number off their list.  They did ask me my name nor would I have given it to them after having read all of these posts prior to calling.

By the way, I REALLY enjoy the sunbiz and real.rlofr pages!!  Both are pretty easy to use, once you get used to working with it.  The only thing that would make it easier was for them to allow you to search by address and/or telephone.  But, they don't seem to post a telephone number on the companies, so...

May I make the suggestion that y'all give this company's tactics plenty of "FREE ADVERTISING" on all the numbers they call from and leave as call-back numbers?  Also, on each number they use:
--list all those numbers so that others will know and recognize them
--their usual ploy/method
etc.

If you are making assumptions, or guesses, I'd suggest you use something like "it appears" or "it may be related" or "it seems" ... [I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY and NOT trying to give legal advice ... these are just common sense suggestions].  That way, it seems to me, that you are NOT making an accusation, but merely your opinion or guess of a connection.  If someone has further information that would dispute your opinion/guess and can provide a link to prove that, then you would be happy to accept that new information!

these people call me atleast 4 times daily looking for someone I don't know. I have had my number for 14years now so I know they are just harassing and scamming people.
