Offices Of Morgan and Moss. Its a collections agency. Told me i owed thousands of dollars to some unknown company. when i asked questions they became pissy and hung up on me. i have no outstanding debt.

Called saying I owed money and what I planned to do about it. When I told him I am not familiar with what he was referring to, he asked me am I going to  dispute it? I said of course! His reply was see you in court. And hung up. LOL crazy thing is he gave me someone else's SS# over the phone and asked me if it was mine??? WTF.  His fake name is Steve.

Steve called me and my husband and told us we owed money on something from 15 years ago and threatened us told us he was going to take us to court...

Called me several times and number came up as "scam likely". Didn't answer so person called my Mom. When look up number it has been identified as scam. Sad thing a real company exists in CA. Scammers changed last digit of contact number by one number. My call came from NC. I have no debt there and last name used for me have not used in years! Can't find company in NC. Watch out

The voice mail said I better call them back about a case that I am involved with. And I will have to pay alot to settle. Not my last 4 SS number. All fake.

They called my mom saying I owe money. I got ahold of them they knew my ss#, but were using my old last name and an address I never lived at before. Sent me an email that seemed legitimate, but once I started asking more questions, and trying to schedule a payment he got hostile with me and hung up phone. His name Robert brooks

Left me a nasty message stating I owe money and a bogus acct number.  Had my correct last ss number.  Blocked number and felt it's a scam. If it's legit they send mail. Wtf

Received a voicemail from Pam Jenkins and stating that I need to call her and she has my last SSN. She even left a VM with my sister.

Pam Jenkins of law firm Morgan and Moss, left message for my sister in law with vague description of a “complaint” filed against her and she needs pro contact them as soon as possible to avoid legal action.  Now they are looking up relatives to make calls and leave messages so they sound legit.  Glad I checked the number and saw previous post with exact same name and company

Guy named Steve just called me.  His tone was very slow,  rehearsed,  and calculated. Said he was from law offices of Morgan and Moss then asked if I received any mail from them which I have not.  He then tried saying a social security number over the line which wasn't mine.  I simply hung up.  I've been sued before and that is not the procedure taken to execute that process.

A guy named Robert has called me over the past few days and said i owed an outstanding amount of money and i needed to start a payment plan before he went to court for me against some company. Ive never had a credit card with. He asked what i was going to do about it and asked if i could pay $100. When i asked for documentation he said we were not on the same page and said he would start a garnishment when he goes to court and hung up.

Got a message from this company saying I needed to sign some papers..if I dont respond I  48 hours legal action will be taking....my credit report is clean no issues..this is obviously a bill collector trying to collect on something from years ago....if it's not on your report dont worry about it...collectors will try to collect but after a few years they try again to keep it on going..if you say it's you they will try again and again.. but without proof you owe this company it's nothing the REAL company's have already written it off.. good luck..look up on your states stautes of limitation on collections. KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR CREDIT REPORTS! THATS HOW THEY GET YOUR OLD ADDRESSES AND PHONES NUMBERS..

Call said wife owed a bill, threaten to sue, I told him I was not familiar with the bill the referred to, local hospital, he said get a lawyer and hung up

Seriously the most offensive and terrible scammers I've ever encountered.  Offensive because of the language and tone they use.   Terrible because they are simply awful at what they do.  I mean if you're going to be a scammer, at least do it well.  This phone call was  was amateur hour.  I've experienced scammer that are excellent at their trade.  These ding dongs are terrible at it.   Lol

Have received numerous calls from this nbr saying i owe and legal actions for garnishment will be taken if I don't call back immediately to settle the matter.

The caller left a message for my friend. She asked me to call the number back to see if the call was a scam or legitimate. The caller said he name was Ron and he works with the law firm of Morgan and Moss. He said that his firm was hired to collect a debt for US Bank. When I told him that my friend never had a US Bank account or open any bank account in the last name he provided he got mad and very offensive. He started talking to me like I was dumb and when I told him that he needed to watch now he talked to people he got mad and said to get an attorney because he was talking me to court and then hung up on me.

So got a VM from the 8884271104 number. I did call back cause the caller said a complaint was filled against me for a debt I do have. But have agreements with a company. Brooks said I'm paying the wrong company. Thing is when I started asking about his company. Got very defensive and hung up on me. I did call back to get the info I wanted. But Brooks hung up on my multi times. Caller became very angry. Tried to call me names. I told him to tell me the info I want. He threatened me again and he will block me with his IT team. He blocked me. I called the company I'm working with for a debt and they confirmed Brooks is a same with his wife.

I got a call today from 8884271104 and they left a VM telling me to call and left a  vague description of a “complaint” filed against me and I need to contact them as soon as possible to avoid legal action. Since I dont owe anyone...I came to the internet to share my experience , as I blocked the number and deleted the voicemail.

I received at least 4 calls from them for the last few months.  They are now using local numbers.  I answered because I was waiting for a call back from a local police department and I thought it was them.  They were looking for my uncle's ex wife.  Very unprofessional and laughed at me, extremely snotty woman.  She got snippy and hung up on me.
