FYI - Emails are NOT official notification of debt.  That would be a LETTER that is MAILED to you - nothing else!!

@MJG....Mr. "Plante" has been rude in our email exchange as well lol. I won't be nice in the calls that are probably to follow. I doubt they'll call me back though, they know I'll have a stoic attitude towards them at this point

They did the same thing to me and even threatened to flag my credit on a debt that was already being paid. Nothing more then a bottom feeding collection agency

received 2 calls from them leaving a message for a friend of mine.  Sounded legit thar there was a complaint against him and he needs to call asap or they will start legal action.  She said her name was Pam Jenkins

They called me left a voicemail saying my whole name with the last four digits of my social security number told me that they were going to process the complaint from US Bank I've never had an account with US Bank I told them that they got mad told me they were going to take me to court and that they would win when I kept telling them I didn't owe US Bank anything they got mad and hung the phone up in my face I felt like it was a scam it bothered me that they had my whole social security number but they're not a legit company because if they were they wouldn't have hung the phone up in my face they would have answered the questions that I was asking them they are scammers Morgan & Moss very unprofessional

Clearly a total scam. They call from a local number (in my case 951-566-3321) and claim to have an urgent formal complaint being processed out against you.  They use a form template to call you out by name and other details in their voicemail.  They may or may not have additional personal information of yours that they will use to try and sound more official and convince you to pay a fine that you do not actually owe.  Worse is that once you have made that payment (if you mistakenly fall for it); they then have additional personal information on your to harvest your money and sell on to the next bidder.

Don’t know how they got my number...it’s private. Said I owed $2000.00 or more someone named Pam. Said she’d see me in court. Never heard of Household Renaissance.

Pam Jenkins left a message with me and also my boyfriend she wanted me to pay off a debt over the phone and I told her I don’t do that. Plus all my credit cards doesn’t have my boyfriends name in case of emergency. She kinda got cranky at the end.

Scam. Calling about Fake debt. Calling names and hanging up without giving any information

Just received BS call

Got a call from them today, asking why I haven't paid 53rd Bank. I also have no outstanding debt. Scary thing is they knew my SSN.
