I get the same phone call several times a day from Charles Dickson saying he has paperwork to serve me at my home or place of business.  I checked court records and there is no filing against me, so he does not have paperwork to serve on me.  BIG SCAM!

I just got a call today from these people with the same exact scenarios as everyone. I was crying because i did not have the money to pay it. They said i would be brought back to hawaii to serve 6 months in jail. I practically could not breathe & was going hysterical. Their names were charles dixon & julie james. They even gave me a docket number so i started to do my own research & i am so relieved to have found this website. I almost lost 4000 dollars because of this.

I also called my district court & hawaiis. Its a stupid scam

This guy used the "F"  word twice calling me a dead beat that don't pay your "Fing" bills. He used the actual word. I owe no one any money, I have no bills. His BS name he used is "Charles Dixon". No doubt uses a phony name to keep people from hunting him down. Called from number 888-431-9131. To bad there are not enough jobs for people like this to be productive and have a life with some joy.

They have been calling me on my cell as well as my home phone. It is truly frustrating, and this is the third time this type of scmer has tried to trick me. Once, I told them I was someone else. A month later, they called back asking to speak to that person. The first time, I told them I didn't know the person they were looking for, although it was me, and they stopped.

Received a call today from 888-431-9131 claiming they were from Curtis Payton Litigation.  I had received numerous calls going back to September 2013.  Everytime I call back, I tell them that the person they are looking for is not registered to the phone they are calling.  They ask for my number and say they are taking it off, but recently I found out that it's not a litigation firm.  When i called and called them out about being scammers, the douche on the other end started using expletives and hung up.  Dont call these insects back.  Or better yet do and let them know that you know who and what they are.

Just called them back and asked for Charles Dixon, was told he is a "field processor", I told "Jack" that I was cursed at earleir and if this was normal behavior, I was told "usually" and then the phone hung up.

Just keep calling them back letting them know your not gonna take their crap.

Keep getting calls from this number, started about a week ago. Very obviously a scam, since it's a recorded message asking me to call someone.

"Charles Dickinson" is calling my number and my sisters number saying that I will be arrested at my place of business or home and to contact 8884319131.

I have been getting calls on and off since May from someone who leaves a pre-recorded message threatening to serve me with papers at my workplace or home unless I call the Plaintiff at 888-431-9131.  The caller says his name is Charles Dickson or Dixon.  He never gives the name of his company.  At first he didn't even say who he was trying to reach, but the more recent calls are for a person that I have never even heard of.  I haven't returned any of the calls because I figured it was a scam.  He has called 3 times in the past 5 days, so I just filed a complaint with the FTC, and I will file one with my State Attorney's office soon.

Charles Dickson works for a former large bank that was issued a lawsuit settlement to refund overdraft fees.  If you received a check from that settlement that bank has sold the accounts and this person is trying to collect.  Try using *77 then the caller id will reject all unknown callers not just those listing their telephone unless they are using a switch through another state then that lets you know they are just a collection agency that has bought old debt.  Statue of limitations are available in certain states and they are violating most of them.

Same telephone number as 888-431-9131 and 855-244-7206 Threaten legal to come to place of work and home and contacted with threats to a friend. He represents a bank that was sued and had to pay the customers refunds for overdrafts after the refund checks were cashed now the bank is trying to collect by selling this old debt to the trash collector.

This is a local scam the will not give the address they say they are Curtis Peyton Litigation - 888-431-1931 also uses telephone number 303-335-1722 and 855-2447-7260 stating they have legal papers to serve they call your family members and friends they will not give the address, CEO or human resources name.

Call blocker might help.

You've got to go to the police and make a claim of extortion.
