You have to find them first.   Nobody knows where their operations are located.

I keep getting calls too. They assure me they are not a scam, and say that I've got 14 bad checks out from several payday loans I took out in 2007. But there isn't anything on my credit report for them. They have my old and current address, my social, driver's license information, my mother and sister's phone numbers, and the information on a pickup my husband and I bought last year. Including VIN and license plate number. How are they this information? What should I say when I call them back?

Received a called that they were hired July 24th 2014, by Cash advance for several payday loans. They did receive information from Bankruptcy case. Threatened arrest for check fraud on an account that has been closed for more than 5 years. But for restitution of $1134.00 they can close the account.

I'm so glad my co-workers told me to Google this number... I have been harassed over and over.. they are disrespectful and rude! They told me if I didn't make a payment today I will have a warrant out for my arrest... I asked the rude he/she can they mail me out info, but the response was no! The payday loan they are referring to has been paid in full and I have the proof!  They said a warrant will be issued out for me and other ppl that were listed on my loans as my reference s!  I know that cannot be true.... In just worried about them having my social security number..... The number shows as unavailable,  but leaves a call back number for 1 (888) 431-9131.....

The number, 888-431-9131, goes to TOTALLY different person as of this morning.  So, a) the company has shut down, or b) Curtis Peyton Litigation is "morphing" into another scamming company.

I too got a call from this number 888-431-9131 around July 30, 2014. They called at first and left a message a man name Charles Dixon saying that they have papers on me in their office. So I finally called the number and I spoke with this lady name Veronica after speaking with two other people. She said that I could go to jail because I didn't pay this bill. I asked her who the company was and for sure she had the right company. But I paid these people off in 2008 and she told me the amount and it was $1685 and I was like. No I didn't get a loan for that amount, why is it so high and she said that it was for all the fees and the amount of the loan. I told her that I didn't have that kind of money, and she said that well we need to take care of this or the sheriffs will be at my front door and I could do some serious time. And I was scared and started to cry, because I don't want to go to jail. So she put me on hold and came back and said ok what can you do, because we can do $825 and that would take care of the bill. So I had to get back with her on the forst payment of $200 and it took me almost 2 days to get this lady. So me not knowing I gave her my credit card information and the $200 was taken. I am so glad that I decided to look up this name online, because Veronica sent me a email with my payment arrangements with the amounts. So I called 3 times today and I got this answer machine of this man who I don't know. So I am thinking to myself, what is going on here. So that's when I decided to come home after work and do some checking. And that's when I came up with this website and found out it's a bogus company out to get money from people. So now I am going to have to change my credit card and take my money off the one I have, because she is suppose to get some money on thursday in the amount of $208.33. Wow I am so glad to see that other people are writing in on these people, this is terrible. That people are struggling everyday trying to keep a roof over their heads and pay their bills. I hope that someone gets in touch with me and let me know what they are going to do with this person or company.

Right I called this morning at least 3 times and I got a different person as well. This is so wrong as to what people are doing to other people.

I did the same thing when I came home from work I checked on this number and company. They also told me the same thing that there was a warrant out for my arrest, but she wouldn't send me the paperwork after I told her that I never received anything from the sheriff department. And now that I call the number I get a man on the other end with a answer machine.

Wow, I have got the same guy name Charles Dickenson four times on my voice message about serving me papers & setting up a time and place. Excuse me scammers, if you are going to be served they aren't giving you a warning...duh

At least I can say that it is on the internet with the same name that is calling other people too.

I think they are now D 2 Collections'. Don't take their call they are not listed anywhere and their website is bogus just like Curtis  Payton and Associates even their website was well this Google is going to take it down it looks like!  Their cell phones are non-truckable and non-traceable I'm here throwaway phones I have that checked out by the Atty. Gen.'s office out of Utah they have an extensive law-enforcement database and I can go right to the number'

The phone number belonging to Green, Dailey & Associates, Curtis Peyton Litigations, or whatever the company is calling itself now, 888-431-9131, is "temporarily disconnected".  The other toll free numbers these scammers have been using have also been "temporarily disconnected".  Hopefully, the company(ies) have been permanently SHUT DOWN!!
